It's tough to catalog all of the ways this business made my life more difficult and stressful. The big ones: A) it took over a month to fix my vehicle. B) I needed to get the regional manager involved to expedite. C) They sent my vehicle to another body shop. D) Caliber does not do alignment and the major damage to my vehicle was related to alignment - so they shouldn't have taken it in the first place. The body shop they sent it to - Monument Auto Clinic - had previously repaired my vehicle incorrectly and not seen major damage. I took it to Caliber because of the bad job the other shop did! Think about that for a minute. I didn't learn about this until after the fact and could not do anything to change it. The only positive about this shop was communication - even though the updates were usually just that it would take more time. I can't know for sure, but I'm pretty sure my vehicle sat for 2 weeks without anything being done to it. When I asked about the time, my rep said they only had 2 techs working. At the end of the day, they shouldn't have taken my vehicle. I was also impressed with the regional manager but no customer should ever need to know who the regional manager is or work with them. read more

I had an appointment last week and when I got there I have told I have to call my insurance so they can get the paperwork ( they supposed to do it not me and plus they gave me an actitud!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! The woman that I try to get an appointment I think is the manager she is SUPER RUDE!! I give you guys CERO STARS!! You should have the cero star option!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! It has been 6 days and we still do not have an estimate for our car. We had an appointment on the 27th at 8:30am in the morning and waited 45 minutes until we were even acknowledged. Then scarcastically told by Caroline we could've just dropped off the keys. We have had to call every day since then to ask about our estimate. It has been 6 days. Each time its some other excuse, first the guy got sick, then fired, then the GM was told about our issue and is out for the day today. It took a month to even get an appointment here and now almost a week for a 15-20 minute estimate. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this location. We are beyond disappointed in the LACK of service and respect from this company. It used to be a good company. And yes I emailed the "community manager" like they state to do after getting bad reviews. NO ONE emailed me back. What a joke! read more

I had to take my car here for a couple of repairs recently and I have to say this is some of the best customer service I've received from somewhere in a long time. Ryan and Shay were great to work with the entire way! I felt as if they really cared to make sure you were aware of everything going on with your vehicle and I appreciated the attentiveness of them both to the needs of my visit. Insurance repair. They send cars to their other locations to even out the workload. Problem is they don't keep track of where the car is and will tell you it's ready for pickup and you end up waiting for them to figure this out and get the car to the right shop. The repair was ok, but in hindsight I would not agree to them working on my car somewhere else. Sadly, this same car was hit again within 2 weeks and there was no way I was using caliber again after this. read more

Do not take your car here. I took my 328i here after I hit a tire on I-25. I took my car in for the consultation so therefore they knew all the parts needed for the repair. My car took 2 WEEKS to be repaired. When I had my car repaired in the springs when I got rear ended my car took 2 DAYS. That's not even the best part. When I went to pick up my car that was supposedly ready.. it wasn't finished and I was told that I need to bring it back because they were still waiting on a part..? Lol then they tried blaming BMW... okay? They should've had all the parts ordered BEFORE my car was worked on. AFTER all this... I drive my car for a few days and realize that there is a leak in my window fluid gallon that they must've caused because it was fine before hand. They fixed the leak after I showed them how to use them. I'm appalled. Please don't take your car here. read more

Awful! Do not use! They were to repair the damage to the side of my truck. They called to say it was ready after having it for a week. We went to pick it up and there were still scratches from the wreck on the finder. They apologized and immediately said they would fix it. They kept it another week and this time all the damage was repaired. We drove it on a trip and when we got home, we realized the bed cover (which they had to take off when they fixed the truck) was not properly installed. They had failed to install the main 2 bolts that hold the cover on. It had slipped back and luckily it did not come off while we were driving. We called them and they asked us to come back. They put in a temporary fix for the cover and were to order the bolts since they lost them. The bolts can be purchased from amazon so they should only take 2 days to come in. However it has now been over a week and we have not heard a word from them. We will NEVER use them again. read more

We booked at another Caliber Collision location and checked two week in advance of our appointment to make sure parts were ordered so that we would not be without a car while it sat waiting for parts. We were told that the parts were ordered, but when we checked in for the scheduled appointment the parts had not been ordered and they transferred the car to another location. It was very frustrating as we planned in advance. HOWEVER, once transferred to CC in Monument, Travis Martin helped us and made sure we received new accurate info and made sure the parts got ordered and the car was fixed as quickly as then possible. We appreciate all of his effort (wish we had worked with his shop first) and give the highest recommendation for both Caliber Collision in Monument (including Kyle and Mary who helped us) and for Travis. As a customer we just want honest info and quality repairs and Travis and his team in Monument provided all of that and more.
