The lady asked her manager even with their location being at capacity from hail storm if any way possible to accommodate me. She set up tow which was one less headache and I was actually caught off guard because the tow truck arrived shortly there after. Classic collision went above and beyond to assist me during a difficult time and made the process easy and stress free. This location has exceeded all expectations in every check box from start to finish by greeting you in a hospitable way almost if you're family, to underpromising and over delivering.
