I've been to these guys twice, both of my previous 2 claims. So there isn't any doubt as to who is responsible for this. I believe the damage they're referring to is from the last claim. I didn't go through my insurance company's recommended repair shop network and this is what I get. Seemed like a cool place but noticed they got snappy when I asked about the speed of repairs... the first time. If I could give zero start I would. They did a fine job on the damage of my BRAND new 2017 Jeep Renegade on the right side- but get this- I pick up my car and the emblems on the left door and fender were off and scratched off. Before the accident it was in tip top shape- the pried off emblems were found inside the car, busted off. The tech, "Bill" said it was found like that, and he got the repair in mid repair so he doesn't know wha happened. So I called them back and asked them to replace them, and they wanted more money- even though the wrecked vehicle were taken immediately to their lot, and no one else had it- they refuse to repair or replace them....I just lost my job because of COVID- and they didn't really care- even though- once again- the pryed off parts happened in their possession. Save your money- these people are crooks. They probably still have their first dollar ever made above their bed. read more

Over 2 months ago I had hail damage repaired from a different shop who let me drive off with damage to the latch and an incorrectly seated hood. This was a huge safety concern for me and upon return, they said it was such a head scratcher and they just could not fix it. These guys are great! I haven't gotten my car back yet, I took it in after an accident, but thus far my experience has been excellent. First of all, shout out to Amy at the front desk! She went above and beyond her normal job for me after finding out the rental company put me in a Camaro. Fun car? Yes. But rear wheel drive in the snow? Not so much. Without hesitation she called the Enterprise up the road and got me in a front wheel drive. Something she didn't even have to do but I greatly appreciated. On top of that, Bill has maintained excellent contact with me throughout the repair process. He's called about once a week to let me know where things are with my car and when I can expect it to be complete. They're even projecting it to be done sooner than expected. to clarify, i did not engage in any financial transactions as my repair was fully covered by someone else's insurance. that said, this place was recommended by the insurance company, so i obliged and drove the 20 min or so it takes from my house. they had my repair done in 2 days and my bumper looks as good as new! the staff were beyond helpful and communicative throughout the process, and every single interaction i had with the people there was a positive one. they made the rental car process easy, easy, and were quite accommodating even when i was a bit scatterbrained. highly recommended. read more

So I have been on the road from Monday from Seattle, stopped in Denver Friday night due to a broken trailer receiver. U-Haul said they couldn't help, the trailer specialist shops closed till Monday. I went from auto shop to auto shop all Saturday long with "too busy", or "come back on Monday". Stopped at Complete Auto Body and they dropped what they were doing to resolve the problem. What an ordeal. They had to remove my entire bumper and even fabricate parts from scratch. Even gave me a can of pop (wouldn't take my $1) while I stayed out of their way. Friendly conversation and very kind parting words. Took well over an hour. It was even their free time that they helped me. Point of all this story? If they are going to treat a stranger out of town asking for a service not exactly what they specialize in this thoroughly, just think how you can count on them for a job from a local? I have been a customer for over 35 years-major accidents as well as annoying squeaks :( My last accident was serious with $17,000 worth of damage. They were on time with repairs and most importantly kept me regularly informed of the progress. Ed the owner even offered to cover a rental car after my insurance coverage was exhausted when they anticipated a delay in schedule which never happened. One year later I noticed a noise in the front end. I brought my brand new 2012 Subaru Legacy to Ray at Complete Auto after only having it for two weeks. Someone rear-ended me and I needed a new bumper. Ray and everyone there helped me with the insurance company of the other driver. The day I dropped off the vehicle, the insurance company of the person who hit me said they would not pay for more than two days for the rental car. I brought my vehicle here to get hail damage repaired with my insurance claim and the level of customer service I received was unparalleled. Not only was it a pleasure to deal with each and every representative here, the work they did was perfect! They went out of their way to make my vehicle like new again! As if I wasn't already thrilled- both my brake lights went out about two weeks after my repairs and I brought it back in asking if they wouldn't mind taking a look and without hesitation or even a wait, they pulled my car round back and told me both bulbs burned out. Now this should absolutely be my problem to deal with, however instead the gentleman came up n asked me if I minded waiting so he could pull my entire after market speaker out to install new lights!! I didn't even have an appointment! I'm truly amazed at this place and I will continue to rant and rave and send any and all business their way.
