I removed 1 star for every speaker that "mysteriously" got blown-out/damaged while my Corvette was at Caliber Collision. All of my speakers were working fine when I dropped my car off; however, when I picked it up, 4 speakers were blown-out/damaged and Caliber Collision called the damage "normal wear and tear" and won't fix it. Caliber Collision replies to negative reviews with basically the same reply every time: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention, _____. Would you be able to reach out to us at communitymanager@calibercollision.com? We want to gather more information from you and address this as quickly as possible." Their reply is just for show so if other people see the negative review it looks like Caliber Collision wants to resolve the issue. The unfortunate truth is they almost never reply when you email them, and they have no intention of fixing their mistake. I sent the following email weeks ago after Caliber Collision replied to my other review and they never responded: "You replied to my 1-star review yesterday and said you want to gather more information to address my blown-out/damaged speakers issue as quickly as possible. You replied to my Google review recently and said the same thing, but when I emailed you to ask what information you want to gather, you replied and said you forwarded my concern to the Peachtree City, GA center management team. I already spoke with the local management team before I posted my review(s), and after going back and forth with them for MONTHS, they said 4 speakers getting blown-out/damaged during the 8-day period that Caliber Collision had my Corvette is "normal wear and tear," and they don't have any intention of resolving the issue, yet every mechanic and car audio shop I've spoken with said it's most definitely not normal wear and tear for 4 speakers to get damaged at the same exact time like that while Caliber Collision had my car." All I wanted was for Caliber Collision to replace my speakers that they damaged, but all they've done is lie, make excuses, and ignore me. I would NOT recommend bringing your car to Caliber Collision. If they mess something up, they will lie and do everything possible to ignore you so they don't have to fix their mistake. read more

Chandler went above and beyond to help me fix with an issue with my mini van. He was thorough, communicated well, honest, and so kind!! Everyone was very professional and helpful!! USAA recommends Caliber Collision and I completely understand why! We had my wife's car in for repair in February and I was pleasantly surprised with every facet of my service. I stopped by on yesterday without an appointment for a service call that was unrelated to my initial service. Customer service is a forgotten art in most instances; although it was raining Justin Caldwell went out of his way to address my concern. To that point although what I stopped by for was unrelated Justin took my car to one of the technicians and they rectified my problem. I am making the time to leave this review because as I look on social media we see is negative interactions but I want to ensure that Justin Caldwell, and Caliber Collision Clover leaf in Peachtree City is recognized for going above and beyond to make sure that they provide top notch customer service I pray that I am not a repeat customer but it is also reassuring to know that if I am I know where to go! read more

After waiting over a month to get my car repaired they decided they wouldn't fix my vehicle because it had been fixed before in the same spot. They said they can't guarantee the fix if it was an aftermarket part. The part (fender) should have been replaced with a new fender anyway. Overall terrible communication and service and I will never go back. read more

Caliber collision will not work with you if you wish to pay out of pocket and not submit an insurance claim. There are times when people wish to pay out of pocket rather than have their insurance rates hiked up to get something fixed. This may be a very good collision shop, but I will never know since they won't allow me to pay out of pocket. read more
