All of my speakers were working fine when I dropped my car off; however, when I picked it up, 4 speakers were blown-out/damaged and Caliber Collision called the damage "normal wear and tear" and won't fix it. Caliber Collision replies to negative reviews with basically the same reply every time: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention, _____. Would you be able to reach out to us at communitymanager@calibercollision.com? We want to gather more information from you and address this as quickly as possible." Their reply is just for show so if other people see the negative review it looks like Caliber Collision wants to resolve the issue. The unfortunate truth is they almost never reply when you email them, and they have no intention of fixing their mistake.
