Extremely disappointed! I was hit with the summer Hail storms back in July which when this claim started. The Falcon location was recommended to me by my insurance and I booked the estimate appointment for the their earliest appt, which happened to be for December. State Farm sent everything over in July so Caliber Collision knew everything about my car back in July. I show up today and they said ""oh you have an EV, we can't fix those" They were more than happy to write and charge for an estimate that no one else will use though. read more

My car has been in and out of this shop 3 times and still hasn't been repaired correctly. My insurance was charged close to $11k for body damages and only half of the work was completed the first time. The second time, a quarter more of the work was done, the third time they broke a piece of my running board and didn't fix anything. I've taken the car because I need a vehicle and can't get into another location for "warranty work" for a month. The clear on my car looks like it came from a rattle can during a dust storm. There is glass everywhere inside the car, even though I was charged for glass removal. The windshield is streaked with some oil that won't come off. My interior is filthy from the technicians greasy hands. There are still dents in the roof (the main point of impact) and the lines of my back passenger door and hood are skewed now. Richard is not only useless, he's arrogant and condescending. He seems to like to yell at customers who call him out on "forgetting" several repairs and then act scared when you match his tone. Kelly (the area manager??) doesn't seem to have a good idea on what repairs mean to body work and is very nonchalant about the time it takes to go back and forth to the shop 19 times for repairs that were already paid for. I will say Jim is nice enough, but seems to mostly just agree with everything and not do much. Brent spoke to me the last time and was better suited to discuss the issues than Richard and agreed that things weren't done right. The front desk lady (I can't remember her name) is really the only one who is on top of her job. The sad part is that three of my neighbors have taken cars there and are having issues now that Richard is the manager. I guess the shop used to be good, but has sucked as of late. ​​ read more

Caliber Collision in Falcon went above and beyond when repairing the damage to my car from an auto accident. Mae and Chris were great. They updated me daily, had my car repaired in a timely manner and when I went and picked it up not only had they repaired the damage from the accident but they even buffed out a scrape on the front bumper that wasn't part of the estimate. I have taken several of my vehicles to the location and was completely satisfied with my experience in the past. My most recent experience was horrible. My vehicle was not safe to drive. I was not warned in advance. When I called back inquiring I was told insurance doesn't pay us to put cars back together. This may be the case, but common courtesy would be to tell the customer they might want to get a tow truck rather than have a customer drive with no headlights, rear view mirror, drivers side mirror, completely damaged windshield and no way to open the drivers door from the inside or let the window down. I will not be using this company again. read more

BEWARE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I was sent to Caliber Collision through StateFarm for a hail estimate on 2 separate vehicles. I scheduled appointments for said estimates and took both vehicles down at their appointed times. Estimates were completed and emailed to me when complete, however now they say I have to take my vehicles to a different Caliber location, 40 min away to verify that the Estimates are correct before they will send a final one to the insurance company. Do they think people just have free schedules that they can make numerous appointments for the same thing to be completed more than once. They have no regard for the customer's time, gas money, etc. And then when I called to inquire why another appointment was required to verify the estimate, the office manager, Jackie was very rude and dismissive, said I could take my business elsewhere if I didn't like it. I definitely won't be having my vehicle repairs done here ever and will make sure friends and family steer clear as well! read more

I was referred here by my insurance company American Family, who advised me this was one of their preferred shops. The employee at the desk was rude and unprofessional. When I told her I was referred there by my insurance company she said they did not want my business because American Family does not pay their bills. I highly doubt this!! Sounds to me like they can't get away with gauging them. Anyway, she went on to say they only like working with USAA and State Farm. I went across the road to Falcon Collision and had a great experience. Don't waste your time on this place. They have a lot to learn about professionalism and customer service. read more

I got rear-ended in my pickup and my insurance company sent me here. This is an older pickup with high mileage that I wouldn't have bothered replacing the bumper on, except I have to haul a horse trailer and the connector for the lights and brakes was also damaged. After they did the work, the trailer lights do not work correctly. We took it back; they didn't bother looking underneath. All they did was connect it to a tester and found a "feedback loop" in the circuit. They claimed it was farther up in the pickup than what they had done. We took it to a dealer, who found a cut wire hanging loose where Caliber Collision had installed it, then charged me $290 to solder it together. We got it home, and it fixed about half the problems with the lights, but the trailer was tested by the trailer dealer and found to have no problems, so the problem is definitely in the pickup. We have another appointment at the same dealer to do a deep dive into exactly how messed up these guys installed the wiring, because it still isn't fixed. Caliber Collision's manager is denying any responsibility despite his technician leaving a cut wire hanging loose and then failing to see it on the revisit. Horrible work, dodgy manager. read more

I ended up at Caliber after wrecking my "baby" on Mother's Day. My dad has used them several times, and luckily they are a direct repair facility for Nationwide. The lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and friendly, and Mae, the service advisor, spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and was always available to answer any questions I had at any time. You can not buy that type of customer service. The repairs? You can not even tell my car was ever wrecked! Simply beautiful! Having an accident is certainly awful, but the entire staff at Caliber Collision made this experience painless! read more

These guys did AMAZING really exceeded our expectations! We had to take our van in to the Caliber Collision in Falcon and they were VERY knowledgeable! They had GREAT communication with us while they had our van, contacting us several times with updates. Got us in when they didn't have any appts available at other Calibers, They got our car in and out in a VERY reasonable amount of time especially considering the time of year and how busy they were! When we got our car back it was looking AMAZING like it is Brand New again! We've had the car back for over a week and everything is still perfect! They even Detailed our Mini van which was a feat I am sure because we have 2 kids and 2 lg dogs and just moved from out of state. Yes I clean the car regularly but not detail it so THEY are Super, Spectacular, Amazing and really awesome! We were also in the hospital for a few days while our car was in the shop and our second car ended up getting windshield damage (great luck I know!) They even referred us to the glass company they use Techna Glass, got us a GREAT price and Techna Glass was awesome too! Can I say anything more! I can go on! Caliber Collision's Lobby has water, drinks, and when we went they had little baked goodies for customers to enjoy while waiting. Seriously SO PLEASANT during a stressful time! 5 STARS for these guys! The Manager, Ed was never too busy to take a moment each time we went in to answer any questions and just be available for anything. The guy that was in charge/oversaw of our repair was Ross and he was also beyond amazing. Between Ed and Ross the communication was great, pleasant, and on point! read more

These guys are simply fantastic. They did outstanding work, were responsive, and professional. They worked flawlessly with our insurance. You could never tell that a dump truck nearly destroyed the side of my vehicle. They are very customer service oriented - for example, they told us that we could leave our rental vehicle with them and they arranged to have it picked up so we didn't have to drive in a storm to turn it in.
