I operate a business myself and I would never treat a customer like this. (Look at our business reviews to verify) Do not use this shop or any of their locations!! They will cause more damage to your car and then ignore you. I've been asking them to finish repairs as needed to my vehicle for months and they will continue to ignore me. Mike West is a liar. I can post photos of our conversation where he promises to fix what has been wrong and yet nothing has been done. I've been completely ignored by him and his company. They are even withholding information. I need to file legal documentation since they won't talk to me and leave me no other route. STAY AWAY!!! I highly highly recommend staying away. I've been trying to get my situation resolved for six months (they cost further damage to my car during repairs) and I've been completely ignored by their corporate office and the regional managers, Mike West and Charlie Hernandez. I'm extremely disappointed and upset. I am following their directions and yet being ignored. Poor workmanship and extremely bad customer service. I've honestly never experienced something like this having to chase down a corporate office for months Very poor workmanship on the paint and details. They've even had my car multiple times to rectify the situation and they still can't seem to do so be very cautious!! You can see the issues for yourself via photo and video. At first, I thought I was being crazy, but I'm not the only one that thinks this is not right. I'm extremely disappointed in the outcome given the fact that they had about six opportunities to fix paint issues. My biggest mistake was ever trusting them to fix their problems. Two different caliber collision locations and they still can't get it right. I'd be very very cautious of using them. All I want is my car back to the condition it was prior. I had a MINOR fender bender and it's taken over five weeks and yet still not fixed. A lot of these main issues now are to the side of the car that wasn't even damaged in fender bender. I picked up my vehicle and wanted to share some concerns about the condition it was returned in. The rim now has multiple scratches all over it that were not there prior to the repair. This appears to be from handling during the repair process. The brake light that was replaced is also very foggy and scratched, which is surprising that it passed any level of quality control. Additionally, the rearview mirror was detached from the windshield, and there is now a missing clip from the rear bumper. These are things my husband had to point out, which makes me concerned about what else may have been overlooked during the repair. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. I trusted that my vehicle would be returned in proper condition, and instead I am now dealing with new issues that were not present before. read more

My C6 ZO6 Corvette recently attained some minor damaged in the rear bumper. Of course I went in on high expectations to the quality I expected from Caliber Collision. Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations in QC/QA in providing a detailed estimate, daily updates on progress, photos of important milestones, most importantly the matching new paint to 18 year existing paint. The color match & shading was virtually perfect. Kudos to Patrick Donahue (Service Advisor) , the technicians & entire Caliber Collision team to ensure my satisfaction. Highly recommend. I was 10/10 satisfied with my experience and repairs completed by Caliber Collision. My vehicle went in due to front bumper and driver's front quarter panel damage. I spoke with Derrick during the initial consultation and he estimated 1 week of repair time. I dropped the vehicle off prior to going on vacation out of state and informed him that I would need the vehicle back by Wednesday July 9. (This way I would not have to pay for a rental car). Despite being closed on the 4th of July (Friday), as well as Saturday and Sunday, Derrick and his team were still able to complete and return my vehicle to me by the initial estimate date of Wednesday July 9. I am more than thankful to the Caliber collision staff for their friendly and professional customer service that I received. They kept me updated frequently throughout that week regarding updates on the status of my vehicle . The vehicle was detailed after the repairs and was returned to me in immaculate condition and appearance. I originally took my car to another shop to get fixed that had 5 stars. Not going to blast them here but their work was so terrible my bumper ended up falling off while driving on the highway. I searched around and found Caliber. I was a little nervous based on some of the reviews here but do not let that deter you at all. They were able to squeeze me in that day and priced much lower than other surrounding body shops. The receptionist and Taylor(the estimator) were warm and professional. I took my car in on 01DEC23 and Sean was supposed to write an estimate, and send me the quote with how long it would take to receive the part. Also, I explained I did not need a car rental until 15DEC23. On 12DEC, I began calling because I never received a quote from Sean. After several days of calling, I received a call from a mobile repair company to set an appointment. I had told him when I took my car in, this is not a normal repair and last time I ended up at the dealership to fix the glass repair shop's mistake. After some more phone calls, Sean agreed to handle the repairs and I took my car to the shop. I expressed my concerns and they asked me if I wanted to take it somewhere else? Which I should have done!! On 04JAN24, Sean advised the shade was not working properly and he would need to take it to the dealership. About 16JAN, I called the dealership to make sure it was there and they had no information on it. On the 17th, the dealership called me and they had JUST taken it apart and know what part they need. The dealership had to order the part "from the east". My car rental is no longer covered by my policy due to the latency of the shop, and I no longer have transportation. I am just waiting on news regarding the ordering of my part. This service is horrendous!! I wish I had taken it to the dealership in the first place. read more

After filing a claim and choosing Caliber in Queen Creek for my repair, I made an appointment and met with Caliber's crack team of experts and experienced excellent customer service from end to end. The estimator met with me and within 10 seconds of inspecting my vehicle he determined that the damage was not as bad as I thought it was. He took the vehicle into the shop and returned 10 minutes later stating that it was a "quick fix" that required nothing more than reattach a loose part. Problem solved!! And the kicker - no charge!! My car was taken to this shop 8/24 and with everything going on parts were hard to get and everything I get that. But being told for 3 weeks that they have been painting my car is very frustrating. Here we are almost into the 2nd week of November and now I've not only lost my car, but my job due to not having transportation to and from work. And no one ever calls me with updates, just text updates letting me know it'll be done next week every single week. At this point I would not recommend this body shop, I have worked with awesome body shops in the past being a service advisor myself and this body shop has 0 customer service and 0 drive to work for their customers. I was in a car accident and per the insurance company directed to Caliber Collision. I took my car in and was provided a rental car at the insurance company expense. on 02/02/24 Caliber Collision reviewed the damages and based on the value of my car vs the estimate of damages it was considered a total loss. This was relayed to my insurance company and not me. That is fine. On 02/07/23 I was contacting by the insurance company that they would not be repairing it and provided my options to keep or surrender. I was keeping my car. I had until 02/12 before the rental car was due back and I took that time to weigh my options. On Monday 02/12/24, I called Caliber to make sure that I could drop the rental with them or if I needed to drop off the rental before picking up my care. The girl that answered the phone advised and said I could leave it there and see me soon. She then called back 30 mins later saying, "I'm so sorry your car is not ready". It was STILL disassembled and would not be ready till Tuesday 02/13/24. I stated that I only had the rental till the 5:20pm that day and would they be paying for this? she said, "no" like I had asked for a million dollars and to contact the insurance company they should be able to cover it. I hung up from her called (ON MY TIME!!!!) the rental car location and the insurance of which I was on the phone 45 mins asking could they cover it, and the answer was NO. This was not their fault or their responsibility the car should have been ready when they were told it was a total loss. I then called back stated that they said no, and she just said, " Yeah, we don't cover that." I had no choice, but the rental company was gracious enough to keep the insurance rate and I was not charged the regular rate. The next day I went up to Caliber and spoke t the lady at the front desk. Let me be clear THIS WAS NOT THE LADY ON THE PHONE PRIOR. This lady was nice and empathetic and said let her see what she could do as this could be handled with a simple gift card (her words, so obviously they do this) it just needed to be approved by the manager. I got no call back and when I called to follow up the original lady answered and again said no with a lame excuse. The rental cost was $47.50 and this company refused after they are the one that inconvenienced me. I did a online estimate which was a reasonable price at about $1100. I then went in to talk to Nicole and get the in person estimate. She sent me the estimate later that night and it was 4k more than the online estimate. That is ridiculous. I took my business elsewhere. Throughout the process, the team there (Mike and Sean) were on point with proactive communication, and happy to answer my questions in full detail (and with a lot of patience!). My car was repaired to perfection with Mercedes parts and a perfect paint match. You would literally never know that the car had been damaged in any way. So, this is gonna be a little different because I didn't actually have work done at this shop. Monday morning, some idiot decided to whip around me and run in to the front passenger side of one of our cars while I was on my way to work. I called my insurance company who gave me a list of preferred providers and I chose Caliber due to distance. A few days later, I get a call and they schedule me an appointment for an estimate for this morning at 7:30. Well, I show up and there's nobody in the lobby. I stand there and wait five minutes and then I call the shop... from inside the lobby. No answer. I wait another five and call again. No answer. I'm still inside of the lobby. Finally, after waiting for over TWENTY minutes, I leave and call again on my way to work. Finally, I get an answer. I tell the guy what happened and his response was the most insincere "I'm really sorry" ever. Didn't ask me to come back, didn't ask me to reschedule, nothing. Just a super bland "oops" kind of attitude. So, I let him know that I wouldn't be returning and that I would be taking my insurance funds and business elsewhere. You would think that if they schedule appointments, they'd be prepared for them. This one experience was enough to ensure that I will never give them my business and will never recommend them... unless I don't like the person that's asking. read more

The roof antenna on my Cadillac SRX was snapped off by Superstar car wash.You can guess what they told me. The flex antennas threads were broken off in the base assembly. I got the GM replacements and thought I could replace it myself. Well I'm 83, so no chance. I called a couple of places and was quoted $100 t0 $200. Okay, but they were booked until next week. I've driven by Caliber several times and I knew they were new to the area so I drove over. Immaculate facility, friendly cashier. After I filled out a form I was greeted by an estimator who followed me out to my car. He looked at the antenna base and told me they had great luck removing the broken threads from the base. I gave him the remote and 15 minutes later he asked me to check it out. The tech had done the job and screwed in the new antenna. Great....how much? On us he said. Very very rude customer service. Took my vehicle to them after an accident. The rep zac was very rude, didn't have empathy the entire process. Didn't feel right taking my car and we expressed that to him. He told me to take the car, drive it and if anything occurs let them know. What do you know? Problems left and right in my Jeep. Wrote a review & ended up dealing with the area manager Mike - didn't even apologize for his rep. After picking up my car from sitting at the airport - (a week after dealing with Mike) more things occurred. I finally voiced my frustration that the previous account with their rep was not even addressed (no apologies or anything) and if it wasn't for their Rep Zack, I wouldn't have taken the car and they would've needed to fix this. Mike said "sorry that's an internal concern". The disregard for the situation, no understanding from his aspect that what if something occurred serious when taking the vehicle?? I asked for the manager above Mike - Bruce, Mike didn't like that and Instead Mike went around me & called my mom (because the car is in her name but who pays the payments and who drives the car to know the ins and outs? Me) so instead of hearing from Bruce - Mike went around me which is something to be said in itself. Beware of their work and service standards - they're only looking out for them. Left another auto body after a ridiculously over priced estimate for a small repair. Tried caliber on rittenhouse only because I've driven past it. Monte and team are tops. Very professional and easy to work with, car ready on day promised and best of all, my car looks awesome!!! And fixed for less than half of other estimate. Very reasonable. Great work. If I could give them a negative star that is exactly what they would get. I am aware that half of this is on my insurance company but the experience I have had with this company has made me never want to bring my business back again. Farmers is my insurance company and their preferred auto body shop is caliber collision. Now I'm not speaking on all caliber collisions because they are all ran differently by different managers just the one in queen queen creek. I got into my accident November 12 and to this day January 17 they still have my car. Todays reason is their claiming the tech that is working on it is sick. They have poor communication. I called and left 2 messages for the gentleman in charge of my car and finally after just calling and calling they connected me to him. I called to speak to a manager was told he was out sick. He has been out sick for 3 weeks. Had someone else call and they were told he was in a meeting. They put the blame on everyone else and what I have figured out is it's because they don't want to be financially responsible for you having a rental longer then you need one because if you bring your vehicle here you will need a rental for at least 2 months at the very least. The "finish"date for my car has been pushed 4 times already and they will say it's because parts are taking longer which I don't doubt but they are very short staffed here and that is more the reason but if they admit that then they are financially responsible for my rental so they give an excuse that won't hold them accountable. It has been a complete nightmare with them since day 1. I highly suggest you do your research. If you have farmers and if this is where they refer you don't accept. read more
