Kind of a mixed review here. The bodywork that was done on my car while it was here definitely looks great. But, my car was returned to me with one curbed wheel, and chips around the rim on two of the other wheels. This was a brand new set of wheels before it was dropped off here, I'm not blaming the body shop as I'm sure it was where they took it to get an alignment; but my brand new set of wheels was damaged and I haven't heard back from them and it's been weeks. I had an outstanding experience at Orlando Auto Body in Gilbert. I called about a bent trim piece that was causing a whistling noise, and Kim encouraged me to come by right away. She was incredibly kind and professional, and the shop itself was clean and welcoming. They took my car back immediately, fixed the issue in about five minutes, and didn't charge me a thing. This level of service and integrity is truly unheard of. I left feeling grateful and genuinely taken care of. Highly recommend. read more

Orlando Auto Body- Gilbert went above and beyond repairing my vehicle. Looks nicer now than when I bought the car! Great communication from Robin at the front desk, I received weekly updates about progress and the whole team was very straightforward and honest. This experience was more than I could have imagined. From the moment I walked into their shop and was greeted by Robin it couldn't have been more effortless. Robin dealt with the insurance company and the rental car . They picked us up at the shop and we were on our way in a hurry. Before we left we were passed off to Kim who was responsible for making sure that the work got done on time. She would text me everyday to update me on their progress. This business is more than disappointing. Seeing there's another review stating that they overcharge, I am not surprised. When I went into their business, I had expected better customer service and attitudes considering I hear about their business on the radio. I went in to get a 4-5 inch scratch fixed on my car and they quoted me $1,800. I was a 17 year old girl, by myself, may I add. I don't know if it was because I was by myself and they thought they could get some extra money from me, but I walked back in crying asking to get an explanation for why it would be 1,800 DOLLARS! I explained that I had went into a different shop an hour before and he quoted me $350. Shane asked where it was, as if that matters, and was saying it would be subpar service at that business. Since the other shop treated me with respect and didn't try to scam me, I went there and the outcome was MORE than amazing. Maybe if this business gets a reality check and realizes that their internalized misogyny and selfishness is not the right, MAYBE they will be a better business. Funny how the other bad review has a response from the owner not actually wanting to come to a compromise or realistic apology for their actions with the other customer but instead gives a sarcastic, "sorry!" Grow up and ditch the 5 year old attitude. Don't waste your time or money at this establishment, do the extra time to call around or go to different shops. My girlfriend and I dropped off her car last week and wanted a quote on the front bumper of her car. They quoted us $1300 and pulled Kim to the side showing her that I found a bumper for $250 less and she said she always calls around to find cheaper parts and she will call me after she looks around. Waited a week to call and ask for an update and she had said they already order the part and that she had not searched around for a better price. I then explained that I was waiting for her call and she was understanding of that so she said she'll see what she can do and call me back. After talking to my girlfriend though she wanted to go with someone else so I called Kim and said we're gonna come pick up the car. She was understanding of this and said she will be there until 5:30 so we headed out right then. We get there and robin hands us the keys and says good luck. That day we were moving from the east valley back to the west valley and after ducking taping the front bumper together we thought we were done with Orlando auto body with feeling irritated and that they didn't follow through with getting us the best price like we thought Kim was going to look for but also liked how Kim was understanding and easy to work with when we wanted our car back. But then during a busy work week my girlfriend missed a voicemail from Robin being extremely snarky demanding we return the parts they left in our car. So today the day after the first voicemail she is working at the hospital getting a call and voicemail with Robin being extremely rude and accusatory demanding we return them immediately. My gf asks me to call tell them we didn't know we have the parts and we will return them but when I called and Robin had answered she was rude and snarky from the moment she answered. I explained she's working and missed the voicemail yesterday but after more rude tone I asked "can you understand this is bad customer service to be rude to someone when you had left the parts in the car. I gave a heads up we were coming to pick it up" and that " how are we supposed to know you kept them in there a few days later if we had not checked the car yet" Just trying to give her perspective on how horrible this is for a customer. She cut me off talked over me and said I'm the rude one for even asking that. Every time I talked she'd talk over me so I just told her I'm gonna have to share this as a review because this is by far the worst service I've ever had in my life. I will be calling later when I'm not working to speak to the manager and let her know they can come pick up the parts from more west of where I was since they were the ones that left them in there. I will leave a follow up review on what happens next. read more
