They told me I had to bring my vehicle in for them to give an estimate. I figured it would be unlikely they would work on it because it is a rare british car. But no estimate without driving it there. So they made an appointment for me and I waited and drove it in. They took one glance and said they wouldn't touch it. I don't know why they had to make me wait for an appointment and waste an hour of my day when it was so obvious they don't do bodywork. This is a paint shop. They replace and paint bumpers for toyota camrys. They don't do body work. They admit they don't even have the tools to do body work. If they'd been upfront about that and not wasted my time, I wouldn't be here writing this. read more

Overall satisfied with the final outcome of my Honda Civic SI 2015. The quote time for repair was accurate. Communication was good. Progressive sent me to this shop for my insurance claim. They fixed that issue perfectly. I asked them to repair an issue on the opposite side of the car. They fixed the major part of the issue, but I should've been more specific and explain the little scratch next to that big dent should be fixed too. I was hit by an e-bike. The ladies butt but the rear fender and the bike must've slapped to the side of my car. The butt dent looks good as new, unfortunately I'll forever remember her drunken accident due to the pedal stamp still on my driver side. $1600 only covered the dent. I asked what the cost would be to repair the pedal mark, it would be another $1200. He explained the painter would've had to blend the paint into the driver side door, which is why they didn't fix the issue from the jump. It didn't meet the estimate cost. I was involved in a minor auto accident last week, and unfortunately, the other driver was insured with Progressive. Progressive apparently has no insurance adjusters locally, and contracts with shops like Roadrunner to provide estimates of damages. In the east valley, they only have 3 shops, so I had to go to Roadrunner for the adjustment/estimate. I had trouble setting up an appointment with this shop to begin with. My first call on Monday was answered by a fella who audibly *sighed* when I asked about how to make an appointment. I was transferred to another person that explained the process they have for Progressive claims. That process is I drop off my car they "take it apart" and then do the work. I told this man I was uncomfortable with that process and wanted just a simple estimate as the damage to my car was minimal. He insisted that was impossible. I hung up frustrated and called Progressive directly. They confirmed that I would not need to leave my vehicle overnight with strangers and that I could just get an estimate. We called together and made the appointment for today. When I arrived with my young son about 10 minutes early for the appointment I was presented with 2 men not wearing masks in a county where mask-wearing was mandated (Maricopa). I asked if they would wear a mask, and they told me they did not need to. Then they go on to tell me that there was some sort of miscommunication with me and that they would NOT provide me with an estimate for my vehicle's damage today and only take pictures. At this point, I realize I am backed into a rock and a hard place. I go outside with a man (who would not tell me his name) and I made very clear how astonished I was that they are so cavalier with other's health. Especially with a child around. I did not consent for them to touch my car but did allow them to take pictures. I obviously do not expect a fair assessment of the damage. I will update my review with the results of this fiasco. I realize there are many people way out here in Queen Creek that think Covid is a hoax. You are entitled to your bad opinion. But to disrespect a "client" so blatantly, it just calls into question their judgment. Obviously, beyond the estimate process here, I will not be using Roadrunner to repair my bumper. I would implore anyone with common sense to avoid this shop. If their judgment is so poor to allow a shouting match in their parking lot over a lousy mask in front of a child, I can't imagine the kind of decisions they make on the quality of the repairs to your vehicle. Certainly progressive should reconsider their choice in a vendor. And clearly, Roadrunner doesn't consider me their client, but Progressive. The insurance of the responsible party, Progressive, referred me to RoadRunner Collision Center. After seeing their reviews online I felt comfortable moving forward with them and I am so happy I did. I had some issues getting Progressive to cover a rental car that was big enough to accommodate three car seats for my kids. When I mentioned this to JJ at RoadRunner he immediately called Progressive and made sure they resolved the issue. Additionally, the parts weren't available for several months but JJ made sure to regularly check on the availability of the parts needed and keep me up to date on the timing. His work was fabulous so we left our car for him. He repaired the car to better than factory and blended the paint so you could not tell there was ever a dent in the fender. Aside from price (which was the cheapest!) we chose Roadrunner because of the customer service.. friendly, locally owned, Husband/wife team. Rating a one because there is no place for a zero. My 2001 Mercedes C240 was taken to Progressive Collision center for processing. The car was sent to Road Runner Collision Center for repair. When the car was returned to Progressive and I went to pick up I could not believe the shoddy repair work. The interior trim panels that had been removed were not put back in place, there was a gap of approx. one quarter inch between the windshield and the seal that let both wind and water in, the dome lights were no longer working and there were nicks on the trunk that were not there when car was delivered to Progressive. Car was sent back to Road Runner and when it came back the second time there is a bubble in rubber window seal that was not there prior to repairs. I took possession of car because we needed it. A couple days later I noted the decals on the rear of deck lid were CLK 240 instead of C240. That fix has still not been accomplished. I have advised Progressive to get someone else to fix it as there is obviously no quality control or pride in work done by Road Runner. I have been thru Progressive Collision and always had top notch service and never a problem with repair. My advise, if you have an accident and take your vehicle to a collision repair center ask who is doing the repairs and if it is Road Runner ask for another provider. I note other reviews are positive but I can only go on my experience. read more
