So instead of a ding, that would have been covered under the Liberty Mutual policy a big crack broke out half way across the entire windshield, double & triple grrrrrr! We tried to call the local Safelite but we're directed to the website. Good news because they have an excellent and easy to navigate web design that was simple to book an appointment and calculate the costs. That included our $25 veteran discount so nicely done. The bill came to $421 and Brad the technician is here replacing it as I begin writing this review. He showed up when promised after receiving a notice of who would be and a call from him. Brad is professional and seems to really know his stuff and his van is neat and organized with everything required to get the job done. He even perfectly saved and remounted our parking pass and car wash stickers He brought his own garbage can, left everything perfectly clean and gave the windshield a thorough cleaning. All together this was a painless process and well executed installation. Bottom line: There may be cheaper solutions out there but for an organized, simple and efficient glass replacement I would definitely use Safelite in the future.

I paid 5634.03From Statefarm plus 500 dollar deductible all in total amounted to 6134.03. The parts that were put on the vehicle were rusted about the back passenger door and front end the bumper and fender the is a 2 inch gap between. The paint is two different colors. The front passenger door is not set on the hinges properly, the back passenger door has the rubber coming off block the door from being able to shut properly. not a Statefarm approved repair shop. Inside trunk all the old parts that were replaced in the placed inside of my trunk. I am baffled by the lack of effort put into the vehicle. Upon time to pick and pay I voiced my complaints, and asked why it looked like that .The owner told me that "we are only doing what we were paid to do." Overall my complaints were on deaf ears.

I called the shop to talk to steve. He was very rude i told him she did not own the trailer he said he had been made aware. Then he said for 4 bearings it was $841.94. No hubs well I know that's a $30.00 part. He said he had already replaced one. I asked if it was the one that was ceased. He said he didn't know which one that was. He said he was going to put it back together and I could come get it. I sad ok. He then released my trailer to the non-owner girls husband. He then took off with my trailer after I had told her repeatedly I was picking it up. I had to call the police and make a complaint where they said my trailer was non drivable in Loxley. So no I sure wouldn't recommend this business but I will be suing him for releasing my trailer to a person he knew did not own it and he knew it wasn't repaired.
