The cleanup, repairs, phone calls to insurance and finding reliable business are continuous, overwhelming, and daunting. Disappointment and frustration become the expectation while searching and dealing with your repairs. Luckily for us we contacted Caliber Collison. Finally, we found a business that was rising above others in customer service and quality. When your car is damaged or needs repair, most people's first thought is to contact a dealer of your make and model for service. For my wife and I this was a mistake. Toyota cancelled and rescheduled our appointment for repair numerous times since February 27, 2023. It was an extensive list of excuses and reasons they gave with every reschedule. Then on November 13, 2023, when we were able to get our vehicle looked at by them, we were told we would need to leave the car there for an undetermined amount of time. No estimated date of repair could be given. Leaving us with three choices. Pay out of packet for a rental for an unknown amount of time. Live without any transpiration for an unknown amount of time. Or lastly, take our chances and yet again start the task of finding someone else to complete the work needed. Enter Caliber Collision to the rescue! Fred Smith and the team at the counter, Cindy & Dawn, turned our nightmare into a dream. Not only were we able to get a quick appointment for repair. But the customer service and quality of their work was exceptional. Not once did they call and needed to reschedule our appointment. We were never left in the dark about the time needed for repairs. The lengths they took to ensure our safety and satisfaction were supreme. Fred was sure to come out to talk to us every time we were at the store to ensure we felt they were meeting our expectations. My car front end was damaged and I went to Caliber Collision for repairs. The front desk person was very nice, she greeted me, as may have happened to you she was professional and helpful when I walked in the door. They looked over the car, and had me with them, to note any 'dings' that were not caused by the accident. Gave me a estimate of when car would be complete, contacted my insurance with info they needed and sent emails to advise of progress in repairs. One email said bumper came in but was damaged so they had too get another one. I assumed that the car repair would them be delayed. Image my surprise when they called Friday, 25th to tell me work was completed and car could be picked up late in the pm. I was leaving for the weekend and had a flight out so they said not to worry. I picked the car up Tuesday, June 29. We (me and your rep) walked around the car to check it over and they said if I had any concerns or questions later they would be glad to help. My experience with Caliber Collision in Venice, Florida was nothing short of amazing. Mega kudos to Walter McBee for his diligence and attention to detail in getting the repairs scheduled and completed on my 2019 Shelby GT350. Walter walked me through the entire repair process, answered all of my questions, and personally ensured that I was kept informed as the repairs to my car progressed. The final product exceeded my expectations; the fit and finish was factory correct and the multi-step paintwork was spot on. The car was returned clean and ready to drive. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the repair technicians to the General Manager were extremely professional and made sure that customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. Fred was my advisor and kept me informed of the progress of my repairs every step of the way. Caliber Collision called Enterprise upon my arrival to request a rental car for me and a representative from Enterprise quickly arrived to take me back to Enterprise. Fred called the day before my car was completed to give me the final update. I returned to pick up my car and Fred met me outside and went over every aspect of the repairs and asked if I was satisfied with the results which I replied that I was completely satisfied. I was sent to Caliber Collision because the man who hit my car had Geico insurance. Josh and the ladies in the office were amazing. Very organized and efficient. I was told it would take 2 weeks for my car to be repaired and it was repaired in one week. My car looks great! I loved getting the updates on my vehicle via text message.
