Another company kept bumping my repair…read moredate so I looked again on Allstate's Good Hands network and saw a name I hadn't seen previously. So I took a shot in the dark and what do you know? Gerber was able to get me in shockingly quickly and while there was some teensy slippage of the completion date (it was a holiday weekend and I think we're all familiar by now with supply chain issues and it was only one day, so no big deal) the work was great and their coordination with Enterprise rentals was also an incredible convenience. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly pleasant. We live in the real world and cars have a lot of pieces so it's perhaps not surprising that things weren't quite 100% on the first go round. I had a very minor issue with a piece of trim that wasn't quite tacked down as much as it needed to be that I discovered after the fact. They were able to correct the same day I brought it to their attention and was covered by their satisfaction guarantee. No skepticism, no blame, no run around, they took it for a test drive, figured it out quickly, and now my car is probably quieter than it was when I brought it in.
