All of them told me the dent was too big to pop out and they couldn't help me. I called Ohio Dent Repair, text them photos of the damage and to my surprise, he said he was pretty confident that he could get that fixed and told me to come in at 3p the same day. I arrived a few minutes early. He was waiting for me and pulled the car into the bay and immediately got to work. I get nervous so I didn't watch him do the repair but 10 minutes later, the dent was nearly undetectable. Given how deep it and big the dent was, I can live with the few imperfections that are left behind. To the average eye, nothing happened. I also appreciate the fact that he said he could touchup the paint but the color wouldn't be an exact match and it would stick out even worse unmatched, then untouched. I ended up calling the dealer and ordering a touchup paint stick from them so that I can fix the three very small spots where the paint did get chipped. I could not be more happy with the service they provided today and will never use anyone else for this service, if I ever need it again. Top notch! Great customer service! Great work!

Although I had never had Manchester Body work on any of my cars, I have heard that Jerry (the owner) is "the best body guy around". I am inclined to agree!! Stopped in hoping to make an appointment to have my driver's side door looked and fixed, since a hinge was bent after I opened the door in our garage to check if I had pulled forward enough. The door caught the side of the wall and stuck. After I pulled back or forward to loosen the door from the wall, a hinge got bent. Well, not only did they look at it, and then work on an estimate for hinge replacement, they thought they might be able to readjust the hinge. So right then and there, they pulled my Subaru Forester in, adjusted the hinge and said I was good to go after checking out how easy it was to open and close the driver's door again. I would like to take a moment to thank Steve and the crew (including the wonderful receptionist!) for taking such good care of me and my vehicle....start to finish. From the minute I called they were so great to me and assisted me in my needs. I drove my car to their location in Wadsworth, Mr. Steve came out, looked at my issue, and assessed what needed done. I left and not long after I got a very accurate estimate, and I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule (yes SAME WEEK NO WAIT!!). Our GTI was hit TWICE this year and both times we took it to Caliber Collision in Wadsworth, OH. They matched the paint with perfection. Also, they were able to get parts quickly and even worked with our mechanic who wanted to inspect the lines while they had the bumper cover off. (I'm like a favorite customer now; over the last 5 years, I've brought in my 2008 RAV4 for several bodywork repairs, and Jack even personally repaired (welded) some lawn equipment for me earlier this year.) Thorough I went to Collision Pros in May for a quick estimate after some kids threw a rock denting my hood (and scratching the windshield glass, which I hadn't noticed at first). Their estimate came in just a little lower than the official insurance estimate I got later. Also, they noticed that my front glass was scratched and while not a danger, they recommended replacing it as well, since it could develop cracks after a freeze-thaw cycle. They also said they'd take care of some unrelated rust spots that had developed with age. Speedy Dave had it repaired, repainted, and back to me within a week, matching my paint and installing a higher quality aftermarket windscreen than what I had previously installed after the original glass had developed cracks. High-quality When I got my car back, the paint looked great, the dent and rust were gone, and they had even vacuumed and washed my car inside and out!! So kind!! I'll keep coming back!
