Klaben was recommended by my Insurance Carrier as their premier body shop. I dropped my jeep off for repairs on the date they requested and was told it would take 2 weeks. At the end of the 2 weeks we called and we were told it would be 1 more week. At the end of that week we called again and was told it would be one more week. They did give us a rental car at this point. Call during the 4th week and was told it would now probably be Friday of the next week. This making them have my Jeep for 5 weeks. I did talked to the manager of the body shop and he was honest and did tell me the Jeep set for 2 weeks before the even started working on it. read more

I want To thank Craig Hutchinson and the entire staff at Klaben Auto Body in Kent for the fantastic job they did repairing or GMC Terrain. My daughter unfortunately slid off the road on the afternoon of 12/31. While she wasn't hurt the right side of the car suffered damage, and the rear right suspension was wrecked. While there were lots of repairs needed; suspension, wheels, tires, trim, doors and mirrors, none could be started until all the parts were gathered. Craig quickly obtained all but two, and there lay the problem. GM could not send two parts needed on the suspension. Repairs could not begin until everything was ready. Week after week Craig kept me in the loop. Finally in early March GM told Craig to stop asking for the part until at least May. Craig then told me he would instead try to call every GMC dealer on the chance that one of them might have the part sitting in their inventory. I thought this was a great idea and that it might take weeks. Craig found it in two days. They then repaired the car and the results were amazing. The car is absolutely perfect. We could not be happier with the car and Klaben and especially all that Craig did to make it happen. read more
