All of them told me the dent was too big to pop out and they couldn't help me. I called Ohio Dent Repair, text them photos of the damage and to my surprise, he said he was pretty confident that he could get that fixed and told me to come in at 3p the same day. I arrived a few minutes early. He was waiting for me and pulled the car into the bay and immediately got to work. I get nervous so I didn't watch him do the repair but 10 minutes later, the dent was nearly undetectable. Given how deep it and big the dent was, I can live with the few imperfections that are left behind. To the average eye, nothing happened. I also appreciate the fact that he said he could touchup the paint but the color wouldn't be an exact match and it would stick out even worse unmatched, then untouched. I ended up calling the dealer and ordering a touchup paint stick from them so that I can fix the three very small spots where the paint did get chipped. I could not be more happy with the service they provided today and will never use anyone else for this service, if I ever need it again. Top notch! Great customer service! Great work!

Karl was extremely pleasant, quickly gave me the estimate, and talked to me like I was an important client. The insurance tried to tell him that they had found the part I needed, the back lift door, and he advised them the one they had picked was not insurance worthy, basically, it was a piece of garbage. He already had found the part and the insurance agreed to use the one Karl had located. Karl had the car done one day early, and the work looks amazing. You can't tell there was any damage. Most recently he thought he could repair the fender on my CRV but once he got in there he realized that a fender replacement was the better solution. (I'm like a favorite customer now; over the last 5 years, I've brought in my 2008 RAV4 for several bodywork repairs, and Jack even personally repaired (welded) some lawn equipment for me earlier this year.) Thorough I went to Collision Pros in May for a quick estimate after some kids threw a rock denting my hood (and scratching the windshield glass, which I hadn't noticed at first). Their estimate came in just a little lower than the official insurance estimate I got later. Also, they noticed that my front glass was scratched and while not a danger, they recommended replacing it as well, since it could develop cracks after a freeze-thaw cycle. They also said they'd take care of some unrelated rust spots that had developed with age. Speedy Dave had it repaired, repainted, and back to me within a week, matching my paint and installing a higher quality aftermarket windscreen than what I had previously installed after the original glass had developed cracks. High-quality When I got my car back, the paint looked great, the dent and rust were gone, and they had even vacuumed and washed my car inside and out!! So kind!! I'll keep coming back!
