Terrible service. Dawn is a unique combination of idiocy and rudeness. We had to bring our car back three times to be fixed. Their mechanics clearly didn't test drive our car after repairing; I quickly heard problems after picking it up and had to bring it right back. Parts were not ordered on time. These people are crooks. Do not bring your vehicle here unless you want to be milked out of money. Can't hold a finish date for anything. Mechanics are liars and the office people are rude, unknowledgable simpletons. Also do not take a loaner in the event you do use this dump. They will accuse you of pre existing damage and claim you are liable to get more money out of you. read more

I had my 2005 Subaru STI in for a repair after I was rear ended and pushed into another car. Mind you I had a bunch of aftermarket parts on the vehicle that were discontinued. Their inspector/estimator was a huge help in helping me find/order replacement parts for the discontinued parts. They dealt with the insurance company completely to avoid me having to yell at the adjust about the value of my car (as an auto enthusiast that would not have went over well). Their representatives fought for the value of my car and in turn actually ended up replacing more parts than what was originally quoted along with getting ALL of the aftermarket replacement parts for the ones that were damaged. After getting my car back, it looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Being the very hard person to please when it comes to the quality of work on my car, the only issue I noticed was a slight dimple on the front bumper. However the dimple appears to have happened during shipping of the new bumper. While it was not their fault and it is not extremely noticable, that was my only complaint. Price wise they were more expensive than some of the other shops I had gotten quotes from. BUT, they were the only shop willing to fight against the insurance agent to replace aftermarket parts that I had stuck a lot of money into. For this reason I would recommend them to any auto enthusiast that cares more about their car than almost anything else. If the other person's insurance is covering your bill or if you care about attention to detail and want your ride looking new again, then 10/10 this is your shop. read more
