If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Making this review like years later because my experience was that memorable. Speedy service and customer service was great on the phone and in person. I went shopping and of course didn't realize I left my key inside my car until I was finished hours later uggghh it was a Friday at 5pm during traffic hour I called 5 locksmiths all had an eta of over 3 hours before Caliber told me 30 minutes and gave me a lower quote better fitting my budget I was SOLD!! Guy came right on time tried a few things but my car had extra locks on the doors and windows making it impossible to get in without a key so he made me a duplicate to get in. Only took a few minutes to give him my info and less than one to make the key itself and bam I'm ready to go! It was a lot of work because my car had already 5 keys programmed to the car from the previous owners , And you only allow to have 5 keys programmed for that car :( long story -short , They were patient for hours trying to help me ! And they did!!!! Explaining STEP BY STEP! We fix the problem , they came back with my new keys , and they gave us a good deal for two cars , basically we paid for both cars what it was a price for one car! super professional! Fantastic! I have used other lock and key services in riverside and perris area but Caliber lock and key are by far the best on so many levels. Not only did they beat the price of at least 5 other nearby locksmiths but they even threw in a free copy and jumpstarted my battery. I lost my 2005 acura tl key and they came to my home recut and reprogrammed my key within 30 minutes and the best part was the price of 100.00. I have AAA and they were going to charge me 280.00 can you believe it. These guys were super friendly and genuine they provided exceptional service and even went above and beyond my expectations.
