OMG this guy was awesome. He's the official locksmith for the city of Redlands and has been in business for decades. I needed a skeleton key for a door in my 1904 home. The owner told me that it would cost me service call when all I needed to do was to order a handful of skeleton keys off Amazon and try each one until I found one that worked! I called to see about having a safe open. The guy answered the phone with just hello; no business name or anything. I had to ask if I was calling Crown Locksmith. I saw the great reviews and requested for a quote. I got a response in about 20 minutes and I was even given a breakdown of what I would be charged for with the first message. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. I was at work, but my mother was able to meet him when he was done. I got a call from her and she asked me what mailbox number we used. She told me she had given him the wrong number and I immediately called and sent a text to the locksmith. I just purchased my new house and wanted to get the locks rekeyed, as well as a one-sided deadbolt (can't be seen from outside) installed on the front door.
