Unlike other contractors who were telling me they had no openings till November of this year, Brad was able to squeeze me in the very next week after I signed his bid. They were always on time, and very tidy. My roof is small, so they were done in just 3 days. They took care of all the permitting for me. Brad and his team led by Rafael did an excellent job from start to finish replacing our old roof with a new steel standing seam one. Brad was efficient and realistic with his estimates, addressed and took into account all our concerns. The job started on time and was completed for the agreed on price despite turning out more complex than expected. Brad was recommended by a friend who is a general contractor. He was easy to get on the phone and available for an appointment on my schedule. He arrived right on time and in 10 minutes we had an estimate for gutter cleaning and fixing a couple possible leaks. Now it's been just over a year and there were a few HEAVY rains - no leaks! Brad and his crew recently finished re-roofing our home. Brad's quote was comparable to another quote we got - we chose him because we thought his solutions made the most sense. Our home was built in 1939 and had some uncommon features - we had had some leaks in the past that hadn't been mitigated by our previous roofer. It was a tricky job as our roof has many peaks and surfaces and all the flashings had to be replaced. He scheduled us for June 26th and was here bright and early on June 26th! He estimated the job would take one week - it took a week and half a day. Each day when they left they cleaned up and stashed their equipment out of our way. They took extra care of all my bushes and plants - very little breakage. They did a beautiful job - can't wait for it to rain!! read more

I recently had two roofs removed down to the rafters and the plywood replaced and shingles put on by Caliber roofing. One was for a home and the other was for a storage building. I was startled awake before before 7:30 am this morning. The neighbor behind us hired Caliber Roofing to remove a tile roof. From 7:25 to 8AM they threw tile, breaking like glass when it hit a metal dumpster. The booming sound shaking our house. Could they not have waited to do 35 mins of work?!
