I want to give credit where credit is due and to follow up on my review. After the repair leaked from our last atmospheric river, one of the managers in the company came out, suggested some potential fixes and then sent their crew back out to make some additional repairs. Whatever they did worked because for our most recent weather event (yes, the one where SF had a tornado warning for the first time that blared out from our phones before 6am), where there was definitely plenty of rain and wind swirling around, our skylight managed to...NOT LEAK! I was required by my homeowers insurance to replace my roof of 25 years or they would not renew. I obtained several bids and Apollo was the most reasonable and they have worked with me to split up the main house and the detached garage roof replacements since the garage has solar panels and Tesla cannot remove and replace the solar system until May of 2025. Getting the main house done satisfied my insurer and they have renewed my insurance. In the middle of the main house roof replacement I was contacted by the sales agent and he said he had miscalculated the square footage of the roof resulting in a $10,000 under bid to replace the roof. This underestimate resulted in increasing the Apollo bid to much closer to the other bids I had received. We agreed to split the difference and I paid an additional $5000 over the original bid they had provided. Their work was fast, of high quality and they were highly responsive to questions. They did a good job of cleaning up the work site each day and at the end. We even had rain occur in the middle of the project and they took steps to insure we would have no leaks which we did not. Near the end, I signed a change order to have them install gutter guards which I hope to be effective in eliminating the huge amount of leaves and acorns that clog my gutters each year. They even water blasted the existing downspouts before installing the guards to insure they were flowing properly. Great work and great communication with Ben who was the project manager and sales person. He even came out at the end with a magnet and walked the perimeter of the house to insure there were no nails or staples still on the ground around the house. We still have the garage to do in May and they are holding to their original price on that install. read more

We recently had to replace our roof on our home in Novato. We invited and scheduled four separate roofing companies to bid on the project. We ended up hiring Apollo Roofing Company for the job. Their overall bid / proposal was the most in-depth and comprehensive. Additionally, they had a very comparable proposal price for the project. The project manager / rep for the project was Benjamin Eli. Benjamin was AWESOME, very professional and a real pleasure to work with. From his initial site visit to give us a proposal, Benjamin was extremely polite, prompt and thoroughly explained Apollo's process regarding our roof replacement. He was on site with the crew from Apollo for the start of the project. At the end of each day throughout our project, Benjamin would check in with us either on site, by email or by text to let us know what the crew had accomplished. He and his crew also provided us with drone pics throughout our project so we could evaluate the work and the progress. Any questions or concerns that we had throughout the project, Benjamin had them answered and resolved immediately. At the end of the project, The City of Novato came by to evaluate the job for inspection. The inspection passed with flying colors and the city rep told us that the roofing company did a great job. Hands down, one of the most professional contracting companies that we have ever worked with. We would give Benjamin, his crew and Apollo Roofing Company 10 stars if possible. read more

I've been a real estate developer for 30 years. I scheduled a roof inspection with Apollo but unfortunately when the company representative showed up they said they can't do a roof inspection. This is a churn and burn roofing company that plays games with their prospective clients. Avoid at all costs. Update: there is no reason to contact you as I only had a 5 day inspection contingency period. You caused major stress and I had to get someone else in an emergency. Your agent was extremely rude and combative. Why would I want to trust you again?!? read more

I called Apollo Roofing to inspect my roof as it looked like some concrete shingles had come loose which has happened previously. Matti responded promptly and showed up right in time. He used a drone to quickly inspect the roofing and determined there was just one suspect area; he went up on the ladder for a visual inspection and found that all the tiles were in place- he was completely knowledgeable and professional. Apollo Roofing did a quality reroof on our complex roof at a great price. During the bidding process, they were patient while we got other bids. Our roof has both sloped and flat areas, and had a pergola built into it causing some rot problems. Some other roofers took a look at our roof and didn't even give us a bid. Apollo gave us the best of the bids we did get. Part way through the reroof, they allowed us (the homeowners) to attach the pergola to the top of the new roof with some commercially available steel connectors, thereby eliminating the problematic way the pergola had been built into the roof. They were flexible with us because they cared about the integrity of their work. They want to make their customers happy, and definitely achieved that goal with us. read more

I engaged this company after an infrared red inspection told me of a moisture problem in the roof. I got a referral from a friend about Apollo and spoke to Matthew. The schedule was very easy and the team was very responsive and immediately scheduled an inspection and estimate within 24 hours. Matthew came over and inspected the roof and gave an all clear to the roof. The moisture is happening because of the attic vents and roof itself was great.
