Bruce, Mary and team did a good job on my roof replacement. Team did an excellent job of cleaning up every day. Only issue was one of the new roofing crew stepped through our dining room ceiling. Bruce had someone come out and repair/paint ceiling right away. Also made good to help pay for DISH satellite that was knocked off line. All in all, no complaints & I would recommend. read more

NOt impressed with service. They do not even answer telephone calls. They did a roof inspection on my home and called out certain items for follow up repair such as cracked and missing tiles and branches overhanging the guest house. I have been trying to get an appointment since the report came out but to date it has been a "No Show". Stay away from this company as it is neither reliable in doing work from their inspection reports, nor responsive to telephone calls. Sadly my real estate agent recommended this company for this particular inspection. I hope that the agent reconsiders recommending this nonresponsive company. Terrible customer service. I've used this company for the last 20 years on my personal house and my commercial buildings. I have no complaints, to the fact. When the 2017 fires happened and I had some roofing concerns. They came out and fixed what the fires did... they didn't charge me. Which in napa I got to say is rare. His crew is the hardest working, most conscientious team I've ever seen and they left our property as clean as possible every day. Called for a bid, the owner came by the same day. The process was explained to me and all my questions were answered. Received a bid in a couple days and it was very fair so I hired NV Roofing to do my house and my shed. They came when they said they would and completed the entire task in three days. What is a measure of a good company? To me, the measure is not when the job is easy, but when the job is difficult. I had a leak in my roof and based on the reviews, I gave Napa Valley Roofing a call. They came out promptly, gave me a good price and did the job. Promised me that if it's still leaking they'll come out and tarp it and see what else they could do. Well, the roof leaked again but they did what they promised, which was awesome. My roof leak was difficult (something I would not have been able to figure out on my own) but Bruce treated my home like it was his home and kept working at it until the job was done. Napa Valley Roofing is the very definition of a good company. I cannot speak highly enough about Napa Valley Roofing and Construction and its owner, Bruce Trask. We had to replace a roof on a 1918 home that had "issues" homes built in 1918 tend to have. In fact, some other roofers (such as Home Depot) didn't complete the estimate process because the job was too involved for them. Not for Bruce, who clearly knew what he was doing and was able to do the job in a cost-effective manner without cutting corners. He clearly knows everything about roofing and didn't seemed to be phased by any of the unexpected that occurred with this job. He also came up with great ideas to consider for some future projects. He stuck with his estimate, which was competitive, and the new roof now looks phenomenal. Even his crew is great--they showed up on time, had great work ethic, and cleaned up every day. Although we were really worried about this project because of its large scale, everything turned out great, and I would recommend Bruce and Napa Valley Roofing and Construction without reservation for any roofing project you have--you will not be disappointed. read more
