    Got a safe delivered to my house, excellent customer service. Pete was great making sure I was in the loop on the delivery.

I wanted…read morenickel but they only had bronze, so now I hate my door, but again I was in a rush so I took it. They said there was no service charge on the phone, but there was on the bill. When I questioned it Leon argued with me very unprofessionally. They charged $225 for a lock I could buy at lowes for $100 less - same brand. All of that I could have accepted because it was a rush job. However, when I called to say they forgot something, they tried to tell me to do it myself ( they want a disabled 60 year old with a fused spine to climb the ladder to the device on the garage ceiling). When they helped me program the garage opener, they forgot to program with wall keypad with the new code; he is saying it's my fault for not telling him knowing that I'd been living in the house for 2 hours, and I'm not the expert. But okay, I miss it. When I called to ask him to help finish the job, he didn't response the text and call within a business day. Then he said he was busy with people in the store. Then he said he didn't have time, and again, I should do it myself or find someone to help finish the job. He wanted me to wait a week to come back and finish the job because "they're too busy". What makes this abhorrent is his tone and demeaner. He grew louder and more abrupt on the phone, and told me he'd call back because .... well, I guess my call wasn't as important and couldn't ask the people in front of them to wait 2 minutes. Very nice during the actual job. He was the complete opposite when I called to finish the job. The more I tried to explain, the ruder he became interrupting me repeatedly, and having no customer service skills to professionally and calmly explain it to me. To cap it off, when I had a question on the bill, I had to send it to them because they didn't have it. When I tried to discuss with him, he was ridiculously rude and interrupting me again, arguing with me, getting louder, and had the audacity to say he did me a favor ($500 bill). Parts of the bill contradicted the verbal - and again he said I was wrong. EXCEEDINGLY RUDE and no customer service skills. Typical perhaps of age and experience, but to be spoken over and rudely argued with is the absolute worst customer experience. All they had to do was be responsive and say - we'll be out there as soon as we are able and help finish the job. Period. It's called respect of your customers and professionalism in running a business.

Was told I had to…read morebring it in for programming at the shop but, wasn't told that I had to make an appointment. Wasted a trip to Albuquerque to find them closed and "Leon" had to perform the job. Leon was out. Called back and couldn't make an appointment. Tried talking to him and he cuts me off saying he had someone in the shop. Totally rude and unprofessional.

Receptionist presented as "annoyed" I was calling. Zach eventually called back stating he would be at my home between 3:00& 3:30 pm. The first time the installer didn't have a tall enough ladder and made an appointment the following week. No one showed up to that appointment. I left a message about being stood up and never received a return call. I called the next day and got lots of apologies...The cameras themselves are just "okay" for what we paid for them." Fast forward 5 years later...thought I would give them ANOTHER CHANCE...Recently called to upgrade our system and got put on hold. Receptionist then took my name and said someone would get back to me...NO ONE EVER CALLED. I decided to move on to "Professional Security Consultants Inc." after getting a recommendation from a fellow business owner. The service I am getting from them is like NIGHT AND DAY! Justin was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. He assisted me in a timely manner and gave me confidence that he could fix my problem -- and he absolutely came through. I highly recommend his services! He was understanding, prompt, and arrived exactly when he said he would. His prices are very competitive as well. On no level was this a good experience. Like you I found this business after a simple internet search, a choice I wholly regret. I needed replacement keys and fobs for three vehicles and it turned into a two-month headache that turned what should have been a $400 transaction into a $2,800 nightmare. I was trying to avoid going to the dealership but wound up doing that anyway because his "work" caused an electrical short in one of my cars which ended up costing thousands. He claimed he'd give me a refund from the $400 he originally billed me. He never had any intention of doing that. He ghosted me and absolutely would not return messages, which speaks to sketchy business practice and total unprofessionalism. But, hey, let's take a journey, shall we? The first part of our interaction took a week and a half -- and three separate visits -- to complete an original transaction that was described by this guy as a "simple process." He programmed a new fob for one of my vehicles, which rendered the original fob useless. He said synching the old fob and the original fob with the car would be an additional cost. Ouch, but fair enough. I had three in-person visits with him about the other cars, two of which required me driving across town at a time that fit his schedule to avoid the $89 "appearance fee" for having him drive to my place to fix his blatant missteps. Each interaction took roughly an hour and ended with him handing me a keypad to enter a tip. Comical. A tip?!? He was more than an hour late to my first appointment where I had to reach out to him rather than him taking 5 seconds to tell me he was behind. He twice canceled the second visit, once as I left a work function and was in rush-hour traffic within half a mile of his residence. Then he blew me off for nearly two days prior to the third appointment after I'd already paid in full. All he had to do was cut a key and hand it to me, but what I got was this confused look and a shoulder shrug when he shorted out the electrical relays that sent me scrambling to the dealer, who told me this guy's mess was a $2,800 mistake. Do yourself a favor and use someone else -- someone who knows what he's doing, someone who communicates clearly and someone who does what he actually says. Minus 5 stars, times two.
