After they left, I figured out I had had them put the cover on the wrong side (blocked my view of the mountains). I called them and they came back the next day and changed it. I think water is sometimes hard to balance, especially here in New Mexico where hard water is the problem. I went through a couple of brands of chemicals, but ended up just using chlorine in a dispenser and it has solved almost all of my water problems. Luckily I had this pool before and during the worst of Covid. I use it still, almost daily, and without it, life would have been so difficult. I have some health problems and it has made a world of difference for me. The staff at Carefree have been patient and wonderful to work with and I absolutely love my Endless Pool.

Our pool turned a sickly green and despite our best efforts we weren't able to get the water back to a healthy state. I called NM Pools and Spas and they were able to fit us in quickly. They came, tested the water and did their best to see if it could be chemically treated. Unfortunately we needed to dump the water and start from scratch. They emptied the pool, did an acid wash, changed out the sand in our filter and made the process of refilling the pool as easy as possible. For every appointment, the gentleman who were performing the maintenance/cleaning were on time and absolutely pleasant to work with. They spend time to explain every step of the process and were happy to answer all of my questions. We're very pleased with the services we received and the cost, to me was very reasonable. We're able to enjoy our pool again.

I walked in to tan with him wearing his vest, and service animal registry license with my name on it. I explained, and made sure he saw the vest and ID, and he refuses to allow me in with him stating ignorantly as I might have expected from such a dolt, "I've seen you without him so we know you don't need him". NOT TO MENTION THAT I INFORMED THE MAN I HAD JUST BEEN THROUGH 6 months of cancer treatment in New York. Well he's about to find out what happens when you think with a brain that isn't very strong and make medical judgements against persons with disabilities, as I have filed a formal complaint with the City of Santa Fe, State of NM, and the ADA who dictates the law regarding the allowed entry of service animals. This is a federal law that was broken, and I am acting according to my rights under he Americans With Disabilities Act regarding service animals. He will be fined and sued. But hey buddy! Thanks anyway! I'll charge back the remainder of my refund, including tax so I don't feel the need to report you for tax fraud also. You messed with the wrong boy from New York today.
