Mena, the owner, took time to check out the jacket and described in detail how the repair could be done. It sounded pretty complicated. Mena reassured us that it could be done. After further discussion, Mena said it would probably be easier if she did it herself instead of explaining how to do it. Without us asking, she volunteered to do the repair for us!
