Being told to switch to a soft-bristle toothbrush while also being presented with an expensive treatment plan felt off, particularly when I've felt great about my dental health up until now. I had a dental appointment this past Monday and he was so rude because I stopped him from doing a procedure because he was cutting my gums instead of taking the tooth out. The first words out of his mouth is, why are you being so rude. I explained to him what was going on, and he said that I was rude and inconsiderate and unappreciative of what he was doing.
