I gotta say I 100 percent feel like I made the right decision. I saw Dr. Scott to have some work done and I feel like he knows exactly what he's doing and he's good at it which puts me at ease. Super cute, was not expecting that at all. The care we received from the team was absolutely fantastic. Dr. Formica and Dr. Scott are both wonderful. Aymi and Maria are both great and took great care when doing our cleaning. Aymi also went above and beyond ensuring my son was comfortable. I told her he is autistic and has sensory issues. Being told to switch to a soft-bristle toothbrush while also being presented with an expensive treatment plan felt off, particularly when I've felt great about my dental health up until now. The front office staff is incompetent. First, when I tried to call to make an appointment, after…read more15 minutes on hold, I hung up since nobody got back on the phone. I called back, was placed on hold, and after another 5 minutes, I hung up and called back later in the day. The soonest they could schedule me is 3 weeks. When I showed up for my 2:00 appointment, there wasn't any staff in the front, so nobody even called my name until after I had sat there for 30 minutes. Then they tell me I need to have x-rays first; I was there for a new crown. They didn't look at my file and say I needed x-rays when I called, which I could have scheduled a lot sooner than 3 weeks out. Last year, they did the same thing about insurance approval. After 1 month, I kept calling their office because I had the insurance approval in a week, but the office never called me back to make an appointment. It took 5 weeks after my initial appointment before I could schedule the work to be done. The dentist I like is only there 1 day a week, so I guess it is time to do some dentist shopping again! Don't go here. Find a better dental practice. Plus, it took me 1 1/2 hours just to get x-rays and be seen by a dentist.

Dr.Pham was the lucky one to extract my tooth, although she was very aggressive which caused my corner lip to bleed. The healing went well, and I have not returned to get an implant to cover the empty extraction point, for one reason. The extraction itself was very expensive, mind you, I have great insurance through my work. I am just now on my last 2 payments. The doctor fit me in quickly since I was in pain, and she did ALL the work at once! The staff was very accommodating and even let me come in on a day they were closed to collect my dentures! No, the doctor is not the most cordial dentist I've ever met. I think there may be a language barrier there. If you're some sorta gentile that need niceties and flowery language, this is not the dentist for you.
