Honestly I have gone and came back for multiple years. My mother, father, and sisters, now my own family such as my son, fiancé and myself all go here. It just goes to show how great of a dental group this place is! We always have a great experience- sometimes it's a wait however they always want the best for us. I cannot comment yet on the recommending procdedures that are not yet truly needed ( being had a previous dentist that did all but was wanted or needed first then Addressed the pressing issues in turn made me very :/ uneasy ) Nor can I comment on working with you as far as cost or Pymnt options for the higher cost procedures or how extensive work turns out.. Love it here at Kirby dental we do not wait any longer than 30 mins in lobby, if anything it's less than. We get seen right away. They are very friendly staff from front desk to the back and make it as comfortable as possible. Nurse Assistants are what make this place comfortable. They ask you many times if you have questions or concerns. Specifically to my little ones who are 4yrs and 2yrs. I've come three times, twice with my daughter and once with all three of my kids. My daughter who needed a filling and was nervous about getting a shot. Nurse Marco was patient, and friendly. He made sure she felt comfortable and did what he can to make sure she felt safe. Dr Hashem worked on her filling and was friendly and made sure she was comfortable as well. Both Dr and nurse didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable so they gave her time to gather herself and talk it over with her and I to see if we wanted to go forward with the filling. We finally decided to go forward with it and they asked my daughter if she felt comfortable with the dental hygienist giving her the shot and she did and it went well. I was in this week for a semi-annual cleaning.Marco called me back first to get x-rays done. He is friendly & thorough. Dr. Hashem then came in to look over the x-rays & and to check my teeth.Thankfully ,I was in good shape.No fillings or extra attention required during this visit.Woo-hoo! Annette was the dental hygienist who took care of my cleaning.She is great about guiding you through what she is doing.She also provided advice for taking care of my teeth.Plus, she is a gentle hygienist. Having a dental hygienist who is gentle is important to me.Noone wants swollen gums from an aggressive hygienist! Thankfully, I am in good hands with Annette. My family and I have been going to Kirby & Florida Dental for over a decade. I've been with them as a child through braces, wisdom teeth, and all the bi-annual check up appointments in between. Dr. Ibrahim is a fantastic dentist that takes time to check in on you and explain issues (if there are any). We've been with them long enough that he takes time to ask about family and life right before checking for any issues. He always fully listens and shows that he cares about you as the patient. This can be seen with all of the staff, who are always friendly and willing to talk (or stay silent if you're the type to prefer it). Check in is quick, simple, and easy. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly. Even when I switched insurance, I let them know ahead of time and had no issues - it was a quick process. It may sometimes take a bit of time when it's busy, but the quality care they always provide makes it worth any wait that may come. When you do get seen, each staff member takes their time to make sure that you're comfortable and okay. They don't rush any jobs because they want to make sure you're all set. When I did have braces (ortho) and the two times I had to get wisdom teeth pulled, those appointments had to be on certain days, so you may need to keep that in mind if you're needing those services. Overall, I'm extremely happy with their continued service. We've moved out of town a while ago and continue to make the drive back to Hemet because of the great service and feeling of community they provide. read more

In no time the back staff called us to the back and the X-ray tech was so professional and fast. Few moments after X-rays was completed we got to meet the Superb dental providers (Dr. Hashem and Dr. Ibrahim) they are the best two dentists that anyone could have, they are very knowledgeable with 25 plus years of dental experience, they took their time to explain the treatment plan and answer all the questions for me and my family, we were thrilled with their standards of care and how reassuring they are during the dental treatment.
