This is my second review of Dr. Boysan and his clinic. I typically would never leave a review but you have to show appreciation when it's due. Forget about the doc right now, let's talk about how wonderful his staff is. They are all welcoming, fun and super attentive.The ladies continuously, always check up on the patients even when they are in use in the machines. They are caring and very informing. It's probably the best feeling in the world, knowing that you are on the right path to a proper healing. The warm-up machine and decompression table are prime for when the doctor adjusts you after. Please do not think that that is a waste of time. Not only are you improving circulation around your spine but you're getting prepped for a better outcome adjustment. From the first day, I walked into the clinic till now, majority of my nerve pain in the neck and low back went away. I was in A LOT of pain...and didn't even know how it happened?? It started with sciatic nerve pain that migrated from my glutes into my lower back in a matter of days. I couldn't walk normally (was hunched over & stiff), couldn't get comfortable, had trouble sleeping, couldn't lift my legs while seated...getting in & out of my car was extremely painful. For someone who is very active, this was debilitating!! I went from walking 6-10 miles a day to having a hard time just walking across the room. I was in tears...again, I had no idea how this happened and I was afraid. Dr. Boysan fit me in right away and spent about an hour working this pain out and straightening me up!! He knew exactly what to do. He has all the tools and experience...this wasn't the first time he's helped me back on my feet so I wasn't surprised...but this was the worst I've ever felt before. After leaving Dr. Boysan's office I felt IMMEDIATE relief!! I was still sore in the places that were hurting because of the inflammation...but I could finally stand straight and walk normally, it was incredible!! He gave me some exercises, stretches and asked me to ice my back...which all has been extremely helpful. I honestly can't believe the difference I feel today from how I felt yesterday!! I'm SO extremely grateful because I spent two days hunched over in pain...and in about an hour you fix me up!! Thank you Dr. Boysan!!! I usually do not have regular visits to Chiropractors, but usually go once every other year due as maintenance. I came in because I twisted my back and hip getting out of my car in an awkward manner. My hip was off, causing my waist and back to compensate causing some discomfort and pain - especially when walking. The closest chiropractor in Chatsworth (to my work) was fully booked, so I went down the list until I found an opening with Dr. Omer Boysan. His staff immediately booked me and I went straight in. They took care of all my insurance billing and they were fast and easy. Dr. Omer Boysan took one look and immediately knew the root cause that my spine was out of alignment and how that causes strain on the muscles that lead to the pain and poor posture I had. I found that Dr. Boysan is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and takes his time with each visit. He is not like some "typical chiropractors," where you're in and out after a few cracks and pops. I really noticed a difference just after one visit. I had 10 minutes of some mechanical stimulation, a pass over with some kind of massage vibration jackhammer pad, a steel bar roll on my hip and then finally adjustment in 3 different areas of my hips, back and neck. The dull pain that I have been feeling is mostly gone after 2 days. I can tell he really cares about his patients and their health. He did a great job and I was feeling better immediately after. I would recommend him to anyone. The only feedback I can share is for new patients finding the front door. You need to find the main entrance for "Crunch Fitness", which is behind the building off DeSoto and immediately go to the left of their front door. My GPS had me going in circles. read more

I had a sports injury about 2 weeks ago and I came in to this location as its right next to my gym. My coworker reccommended me to come in and see Dr Boysan so i did. I was a bit nervous as ive never been to a chiropractor before. Dr Boysan made it a very comfortable experience. Hes such a cool person and made me feel like he really cares about my injury and is determined to get me at 100%. I'm am currently laying down on a massage table getting warmed up to get a body alignment and I'm looking forward to feeling much better and less stiff after this. Not only am I tall with inevitable horrible posture which leads to back aches...but I was also pregnant 3 months ago. All the tension caught up to me. This is my first review and I had to sign up for Yelp to let others know how skilled and caring Dr. Omer Boysan is. Honestly, he is one of the best chiropractors you can see. Dr. Boysan knows the ins and outs of the human body and is really passionate about his work. What else can I say that hasn't already been said? He has two offices, one in Chatsworth and Mid-Wilshire. I visit the Mid-Wilshire office. Everyone is friendly, knowledgable and the atmosphere is welcoming. The only issue is street parking, but it is fairly easy to find a meter. I have been to several chiropractors and after finding Dr. Boysan, I will most likely not go to another one. Each session is about 45 minutes and he is available on evenings and weekends too! I am writing this because I was just so impressed with the results that I had to share with everyone. I am a very active person. Between cleaning carpets and working out my body gets real sore. I hurt my upper back one day during a workout and it would not go away for days. It was starting to affect my driving and the ability to turn my head. I went to Dr. Boysan after five months of increasing pain in my neck and upper back. My neck has some degenerative issues and I get used to putting up with the stiffness an dlack of movement. Dr. Boysan gave me a thorough examination, put heat packs and the tens machine on me for about ten minutes, and then adjusted me, and my neck would hardly move. He recommended a simple, inexpensive traction device to use at home, which I now due faithfully every day. Today was the third adjustment, and my neck moved better than it has in years. Other chiros recommend expensive, traction machine adjustments several times per week. In three short weeks I am on the road to recovering my pain free, active life. I have been going to see Dr. Boysan for a few months now and he is one of the best chiropractors I have ever gone to. He is professional and knows exactly what he is doing. Not only that, but he is also a very patient and good doctor. He takes his time treating you and listens to your concerns. I have a red mark/scar on my arm because I burned myself once while taking stuff out of the oven. He asked me what happened to my arm and offered to treat it by using an adhesion breaker tool with sombra cream that totally lightens up the mark! Adhesion breakers have been used for centuries in Chinese medicine. It helps correct the scar tissues that form due to injury and inflammation. If your looking for a Chiropractor, look no further. Dr. Boysan is awesome. He prices are very very reasonable. My insurance doesn't cover chiropractors, but his pricing allows me to come whenever I need an adjustment. Even if my insurance did cover it, I would still come to Dr. Boysan. He takes his time to go over all your concerns and adjust everywhere that is needed. When I feel a area didn't adjust all the way, he would go ahead and try again. Not all places are this accommodating. He also use a Chinese Gua-Sha method, which he uses on problematic areas to get the blood circulating to that area to promote quicker healing. It feels so good, it's like a mini-massage on that area. All this is included with hid adjustments. I already referred many of my friends and family members, and will be referring more people to come. read more

I went to Dr. Boysan's office when I had really bad neck pain and lower back pain. This was my first experience with a chiropractor so I didn't know exactly what to expect. Dr. Boysan was very professional and very patient in explaining what he was going to do. I had a really good experience; the price is very reasonable $70 first visit $40 visits after or has a great deal 4 visits for $140. I recommend doing the massage after it relaxes you even more, I did total of three months of treatments and I felt most of my pain gone even after my first visit. I've always been been afraid of Chiropractors. I've always heard that they adjust you in a way that they make you have to come back to them after the treatment wears off and sometimes worse than what you started out with. For the past 6 moths, my left leg from my hip down to my knee has been numb. Like if you touched my leg, I wouldn't know it, numb. No insurance, I didn't know what to do, but a numb leg is a scary feeling so a friend of mine told me to go see Dr. Boysan at Cali Chiro. I met Dr. Boysan after being in a car accident. He took a great deal of time planning a recovery program for me and he has been spot on. I am over 60 and have complete trust in Dr. Boysan. My Physician is also impressed with the work he is doing with me which says a lot because she is critical of mostly everyone. She was particularly pleased that I was able to find someone who was knowledgeable and had the proper tools for the Graston technique which is a modality that breaks down lumps, facia, that are caused by tension and can also accumulate after an accident.
