A constant puddle is outside the woman's bathroom doorway for awhile now it's a safety hazard yet they don't care. They are charging over $50 month and thats not justified for a poorly maintained and dirty gym. This gym it's really gone downhill and they are constantly changing unhelpful staff for the next rude and unprofessional ones. Especially Gio the manager... hes awful and it was an awful experience since he arrived a wee 2 months ago.. go elsewhere there's plenty of better places in Chatsworth .. They have participated in both group basketball training and personal training sessions. I have observed significant improvements in their skills and their self-confidence. Coach Kim has a remarkable talent for her profession, her ability to teach while recognizing the unique needs of each client. Her gym is always clean. Tell me why I see them refilling the cleaning bottles with fabuloso. Not even the antibacterial fabuloso, just straight all purpose cleaner. Most gyms use virex or facilipro, because you need a cleaner that is actually going to CLEAN bacteria and prevent infection. I'm beyond disgusted and frustrated. Bathrooms are also cleaned with regular fabuloso. They now have gotten new equipment and reorganized and it makes 0 sense, there's no room, the machines and equipment is too compacted together, there's no flow. Barbell racks 1 inch away from ab machines so nobody can get to the barbells if someone's on a machine, or run the risk of hurting someone. The staff also does nothing to stop people from vaping INSIDE the gym. I watched a girl hit her vape multiple times, blowing clouds, on the STAIR CLIMBER right next to the front door, nobody said a word. This gym was good while it lasted :(

It's been a long time since I've done pilates and I was really struggling. I wish I remembered the name of the instructor because she was absolutely horrible. She wasn't helpful at all with making modifications so that I could get through the class. She also didn't check my machine beforehand and there were no weights on the springs so no wonder I was struggling. Instead of apologizing, she kind of snickered. Lastly, the music was so loud and the headset seemed to produce a lot of static so it was hard to understand her. I left feeling really disappointed and very out of place, this was not a welcoming experience.

I booked the beginner class for my first visit and the inst did a great job going through all the moves and showing us the layout of the reformer. I felt challenged, but not overwhelms and before I knew it the class was over. Since then, I have enjoyed showing up each and every week with various instructors who all have their method and approach which I love. The studio is clean and I can slowly feel my strength building and body changing. Remember to book your classes at least a week out as classes fill up quick!
