Every time I've called them it's been we're waiting for approvals. The work that I have had done there the dentist walks around like a commando directing orders at her assistance and she is extremely rude to them. I feel like they should file a lawsuit against her. She's awful just be warned before you go if they are horrible the dentist throws the tools on your chest as she's working on your teeth. The whole time that she is working on your teeth, she is giving the assistant a hard time she was telling the assistant to run run run and get her stuff.. Don't go here you will regret it. I have two teeth less due to their negligence and what am I gonna do? Go file a lawsuit with no money.

The dentist then began to drill her tooth and my daughter felt scared due to the noise. The dentist got very upset with her and I could tell she was getting very irritated. She kept responding to questions with an ugly attitude. She then decides to tell us we need to go somewhere else. I said what was the point of putting my 5 year old through that trauma only to send us away. Mind you she also had me give her medication to make her sleepy/drowsy. She was upset at me because I didn't give her the dosage she wanted me to give. The pharmacist was very worried because she told us that was a high dosage for a 5 year old at her weight. I explained all that to the dentist so I already knew by her attitude that she was irritated and mad. She decided to proceed anyway. Again my daughter did fantastic but due to the dentist demeanor and attitude towards my child she made my child extremely uncomfortable and instilled fear and anxiety. My child said she couldn't breathe and that the drilling hurt. The dentist responded with her attitude that if that was the case then she was going to numb her again with the needle! I don't care who you are you never talk to a child the way she did! I myself was left with trauma and fear due to this awful experience. My child is having a difficult time now that I have to take her somewhere else. People please please do not allow your child to go through what my child went through. Please pay very close attention to the dentist tone and choice of words! If I could give no stars of course I would. The dentist also tried to put blame on me and my child for being uncomfortable. Of course we were uncomfortable she was a monster!! How could anyone do this to a child a child!!! I still think about it it's so disturbing to know that she will continue her practice like nothing. She even squirted water on my child just because my child asked her what the tool was and she said it's only water and squirts her! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! Despite the challenge, Dr. Nouri remained patient, focused, and determined throughout the entire process, which took about two hours. During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Nouri carefully checked my healing, smoothed out part of the bone graft area, and made sure everything was progressing well. She took the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They even found a charm that had fallen off in the chair and kindly texted me to ask if it was mine, letting me know they would safely hold onto it for me. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot. Also, I cant understand why there are a few negative reviews about their receptionists. Rita has always been super sweet & I can't remember the other ladies name but they have always been super polite and helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, checking in & helping me get a referral to an oral surgeon. LONNNNG REVIEW, LONNNNG OVERDUE…read more First of all, I have to say that I should have written this review probably more than a year ago. I blame ADHD. The truth is, I absolutely LOVE Dr. Yar. He and his staff are all so very kind, gentle, have delightful senses of humor, and they were very quick to make me feel so comfortable in their care. Every appointment, even the painful ones, have had me leaving quite contentedly and in a great mood. Most importantly, Dr. Yar has transformed my smile in a way that I had only dreamed of, for years, and never ever thought possible. I was an extreme case to begin with. My family has a genetic condition that had plagued me and left me a depressed, and extremely self conscious about my smile for my entire life. I would hide my teeth in social settings, and photos, trying hard to ONLY give that closed-mouth Mona Lisa smile while everyone else smiled widely and openly. I worried what people thought when I had accidentally smiled too big, and my teeth were shown. When I laughed, I used to cover my mouth, just in case. It was so bad, that I was often bullied about my teeth. People can be so cruel, sometimes, ya know? There were also plenty of times that I had cried from the pain that my breaking teeth had caused throughout the years. It got so bad at times, I would often tell my loved ones that I would choose to go through childbirth again, rather than experiencing this pain. Before I met with Dr. Yar, I had been to another dentist that pulled all of my upper teeth and gave me a top denture. I was desperate for the pain to be relieved, and I had hoped that in the end, I would be able to smile again. Alas, the appliance I ended up receiving was horribly designed! The teeth were tiny, misshapen, and didn't even let me eat properly. I was told this was the best they could do for me, and I tried so hard to be thankful, to be happy just to not have my natural upper teeth causing me the pain issues anymore... but the confidence I had hoped to gain, never came. I didn't think I would have the chance to fix what had been done. I solemnly accepted my fate for years. Until the time came that I needed my (still natural) lower teeth to also be pulled, and get a bottom denture. Of course I was not going to go back to the previous dentist that had not been able to deliver the standard I needed, which lead me to search for someone to help me achieve what I really wanted all along. Dr. Yar designed a plan for me that changed everything. Yes, he took away the pain, but what I didn't expect was how happy I would be in the end. He gave me an "all on four" implant supported lower denture, and a completely new upper denture. Admittedly, It cost a lot of money, but I knew that this was highly important to me. Guess what? No more pain. No more fear of showing my smile. I say this without any bit of exaggeration: My life has been changed. I get compliments now, for the first time ever, about how beautiful my smile is. I don't shy away from laughing without covering my mouth. I eat without worrying that I am going to suddenly be in excruciating pain, and I can look in the mirror without hating to see my smile now. Thank you, Dr. Yar. Thank you for everything you've done for me. Thank you to all of your staff as well. I am so grateful to have been able to trust you. If I could have seen you before I went to that first dentist, I would have! He says hi and how am I, goes over my x-rays, then just leaves. He doesn't tell me if I had any cavities or any of his findings. He just leaving to the next patient and has the dental assistant explain what the findings were. I have never had a dentist that didn't explain to me after the exam. It make me feel like I am not worth his time. Another incident, I went in to go get a filling and he stuck the needle in to numb me and it missed my whole gum completely and the liquid just leaked inside my mouth. It tasted gross. He came back later and I told him is it supposed to feel numb because it doesn't. I told him it must have leaked all in my mouth. The dental assistant had to explain to him what I was trying to say for whatever reason. I guess he wasn't paying attention so he had to re-numb me and never once apologize. So I am finding a new dentist that likes to converse with their patients.
