After searching for an implant dentist for three months, I decided to go with this office, and so far, I'm happy with my choice. Jasmine, the receptionist, was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. I also felt comfortable and confident having Dr. Bebing work on my teeth. My previous bridge, which was done by another dentist in 1994, lasted more than 30 years before it finally became loose. Because of that, I decided to replace it with three implants. I started treatment in mid-December and completed the process in mid-May, receiving my molar zirconia crowns about five months later. The procedure went smoothly, and I am pleased with the final result. My only concern was that when everything was completed, I was asked to sign a document stating that the zirconia crowns were covered by only a one-year warranty, even though I had originally been told the warranty would be five years. Hopefully, that won't matter, and the implants, abutments, and crowns will last as long as my previous bridge. Overall, the staff was professional, and the experience was positive. read more

I scheduled an appointment online and clearly indicated my availability. The following day, I was contacted and asked to reschedule--only to be offered times I had already stated I was unavailable for. Despite not agreeing to any new time, I was then assigned a 2:00 PM appointment without my consent. I called the office to inform them that I couldn't make that appointment. The staff member responded with "Ok, have the day you deserve, BYE!" and continued making dismissive remarks before ending the call. It was uncalled for and blatantly disrespectful without rhyme or reason. As a healthcare professional, I cannot fathom treating patients this way. I was simply trying to make an appointment for a routine check up/cleaning in an effort to optimize my overall health as I prepare to donate a kidney. To the scheduler working on 4/21/26: your behavior left a lasting negative impression and one that by association reflects on the business as whole. There is no need for false advertising or treating potential patients poorly because they don't fit a predetermined time slot made for them without their agreement or availability. I came here after my husband got a cleaning here , it was three years since I got a cleaning and root canal done. They did a great job with listening to what I wanted and suggested options for removing bacteria to avoid infection. They also looked at my root canal I got 3 years ago at a different location and suggested that I could remove the tooth the referred me to a specialist to get it looked at . I also had silver fillings and wanted them to be white so they took care of that aswell . The staff were very helpful and friendly. My husband was having tooth pain on the top right side. We knew he had one confirmed cavity on the bottom left side. He went here for a check up, to find out what was causing him pain. His appointment was at 3pm. They realized he had needed 6 root canals and 3 cavites filled. We obviously could only afford 3. With insurance we paid $3000. (really good deal). He was done by 6pm. Tried Signature Smiles Dental for the first time and I can say I'm impressed. The office itself is very nice; super clean and has some nice amenities like a fridge with water and a television while you wait. The staff were very welcoming and promptly checked me in. I had an appointment for a general check up and cleaning and was able to get seated right at my appointment time. The Dentist and Hygienist were both super friendly and were very open to answering all of my questions and providing recommendations. They did provide a number of recommendations that weren't covered by my insurance, I appreciated that they were very clear on costs and helping me weigh the ROI of any recommended services. One thing I also noticed was that the dental equipment was also very nice and they had a few imaging devices that I hadn't used with my previous Doctors. Was really cool to see not only black and white X-Rays but also clear 360-Degree images of my teeth. Perks of this being a relatively new office. Not something I used but I could see it being a perk is that the office is located right off the Amtrak Station so anyone needing to take the train wouldn't need additional transport. There office is also next to what looks to be a nice Optometry office so also a good opportunity to have the ability to schedule for both without having to travel very far. All in all, I had a great experience and it looks like this will be my go to Dental office moving forward. read more
