Their unlimited revisions were a huge advantage for someone like me who loves diving deep into design details. Achva's design instincts are spot on -- her guidance on the louvre placement and overall layout truly elevated the space. They also suggested furniture pieces and styling ideas, which helped me make great choices when I did my own shopping. Their recommended contractors were excellent, but the pricing was higher than I expected. To stay within budget, I decided to manage the entire project myself with separate contractors. The final design had replaced the custom fountain with a more budget-friendly option, but on request they were kind enough to share the original custom fountain design, which I built with my contractor at a much lower price. The whole project was very time consuming and hard work, but it saved a lot of cost, and the result was incredibly rewarding. Due to some misunderstandings, we decided to part ways amicable, so they couldn't continue with the front/side yard phase -- but they still provided the initial concepts that I can use in the future. At first they said it would take 2 weeks, then we didn't hear back from them (left in the dark) until we asked in November and they said the draperies would have to be produced again which may be ready between December/January 2026. January comes along and no updates so I emailed them on Jan 6th for the status. They said it should be here by Jan 15th. January 15th passes and I emailed them January 16th that we no longer need them. They replied to me January 29th confused as why I don't want them anymore and are kind of low key giving me the customer a hard time. Honestly, we've been really patient and 3 months for a mistake done by them shouldn't be the customers fault for not needing them anymore.
