There's a discrepancy when it comes to the scale. They do not let you see the weight on the scale so it's hard to know if they're entering the correct weight. I'd heard about this place from a friend of mine that thought it was pretty decent however, when I…read moregot there, I was very very disappointed. I had some recycles that contain alcohol in them. The manager or coworker somebody that worked there told me to separate my items after I brought them all in and I explain to him that I couldn't touch the cans and recycles and Glass because some of the bottles contained alcohol at one point and I'm allergic. If any kind of alcohol touches my hands I get major blisters, and my skin starts to peel on my hands. It's very contagious and very painful. The employee did not care and even claiming he called his appears on me after he talked to the person on the phone. I did get my way and he did separate my items. I don't understand even though these guys, I'm sure there's an LA wage they make the person who brought them the items do all the work. Not fair would not recommend this place at all after all my trouble. I only got a few bucks from the whole experience. Don't waste your time find somewhere else. It's my recommendation even though I got my way in the end I would never ever go there again. They were very rude and non-polite.

You can pack it all back up.... Its was nearly 1000lb of copper they decided wasn't copper and knew I wouldn't want to load that all back up. Unreal criminal crooks. They are copper heat exchangers all day every day from pool heaters not bronze or brass or whatever else they wanna call it that day. Only reason they get 2 stars is they have a good track record but not today. Hopefully this is one bad day..... w one idiot working and they re train him properly.
