I visited this recycling facility a short time ago, I also had been there a handful of times before. I understand that they have to deal with some difficult people but he does not need to treat everyone that way. I tried to help by putting my recycling on an empty scale, he did not like that and barked a command at me. When I tried to calmly explain and questioned his command, he asked why I was "talking shit". Again, I tried to understand his process and he barked the command again and made me wait while he stared at me. He finally fixed his mistake and I received my receipt. After this horrible customer service, I will find a new recycling center. read more

Easy in easy out recycling plant. Parking is a bit tight on peak times but I was still able to get enough bins and fill them fast to be out in about 20 mins start to finish. Made like $20 on my spare cans and bottles which means free lunch lol. Not a bad spot to go in OC. read more

I visited this recycling center for the first time this past Thursday around noon because it was near my doctors appointment. The front gate was partially open & so was the side door, so I decided to park & walk in to take a look. I walked up to the cashiers window & seen a young man off to the side. He barked at me WE'RE CLOSED! Wow! Where did this come from? I replied, "When are you open"? He barks again "OUR HOURS ARE POSTED OUTSIDE"! I said "Why can't you tell me?" At this point I thought screw this guy & left, uttering expletives as I went. I myself was having a bad day dealing with rude people. Outside I seen their hours posted off to the side & seen that it was their lunch hour. What that guy should have said was were closed for lunch right now, please come back @ 1pm. When I cooled down I thought that maybe this guy was having a bad day or I caught him doing something he shouldn't be doing (I didn't see anything), or perhaps he was a jerk. Small parking lot with gravel and dirt. Unfortunately, this recycling center only takes beverage bottles, tin cans, and aluminum cans. At the end of every remodel project, I take all of the scrap metal & fixtures I have collected during demo, etc. and take it to recycling. I usually get anywhere from $50-$200 each time. This time, under new management, 138 pounds of separating & hauling crap down into my car, out and into their space, I got: $2.21 I'm never going back there or doing this again under this management, although very nice staff, not worth it and will throw it in the trash. I visited this location on Friday, October 1. When we arrived we had no help at all as to loading our recycling bags into the yellow trash bins. An employee that was busy driving a forklift told us that the other employee in the building could help us. That employee did not help or offer to help with loading the pre-sorted recycle bags into the yellow trash bins. That employee was just brooming around our feet, making dust or just sat down and watched us. Compared to other facilities this place is lacking. We will no longer visit this place. read more

I will say parking is a bit rough based on your timing they have a truck that comes in to take away or dump a big metal bin. Other than that they are all nice people. You get more for what you turn in and plus don't worry about the bottle caps, you can leave it on. read more
