I guess he's from a different generation. People can be trained by this guy. Some other people in there.. They have an attitude.. They need a retrain.. They need to take notes from this guy. Take care of the customer first.Don't argue, just get the job done....and then ask, what else they can do for them... don't give some lame a** excuse as to why the problem existed.. Just apologize and fix it like this guy does.. i don't know what his name is, but he's a bad ass and he gets the job done.... Like I said he's old school and they don't make him like him any more. ..Most people like to complain. This guy just gets his s*** done. And then ask you, what else he can do for you. He doesn't tell you why it's not right. He fixes it. Maybe it's a lost generation. Maybe he needs to train everybody else to be the same way "He is" . He doesn't say, well, if it's not there, then we don't have it... like most kids do nowadays... He will walk with you to find it.. or show you where it is and hand it to you. And if you have a complaint, he will stop and listen to you. And not give you an excuse as to why your complaint is invalid. He is empathetic, and he's a problem solver . I don't find people like that anymore. Hats off to that guy. You need to pay him more. I think he does the work of two guys. S***'s gonna go downhill if he ever retires.. i know one of the guys actually had a heart attack.. And he was very diligent.. he really cared about his job and the customers.. we had quite a few kids that he worried about.And he worked his a** off, and he got nothing for it.. probably didn't get any recognition whatsoever from the company.. so I just wanna give this guy some recognition.And hopefully he doesn't stress out.And hopefully he gets some recognition from people that recognize that he's a good guy And takes his time and worries about the customers Cuz you can't find that anywhere. Everybody's worried about the bottom line.But the bottom line is people, because they are your bottom line!! Oh forget that! You don't take care of your customers.Your customers will leave! And i'm about to leave! If it weren't for him, I wouldn't even stayed in the store. Because I saw something there.I should never see in a store.And it was crawling from one aisle to the other, and he was there in about three seconds to take care of it. And that told me that at least some one cares.
