I also liked that the ice cream is a little firm at first because it makes it last longer while you're eating it. Every bite feels like a fresh bite with all the toppings mixed in. If placing a verbal order with an employee is possible, no one would know because of the lack of communication from employees. There was a line waiting behind us to order. People tend to be impatient. It takes time to read the menu items and figure out what to order. There needs to be at least one additional kiosk available. After we managed to place our order we waited. And, we waited and waited. Finally after 20 minutes our number was called. The ice cream itself was fine. There are numerous choices and combinations you can pick. However, for us, it was no better than Cold Stone or any other ice cream store. I hope this business manages to succeed. There are numerous employee training issues that need to be addressed. The wait time to order and receiving your order needs to somehow be more streamlined. The majority of customers these days are not used to long waits. I don't know if this business model is sustainable over a long period of time. Hopefully it's still in business a year from now. We definitely won't be returning as repeat customers.

I have visited the middle east and tried many types of food like the shawarmas and kabobs and I missed their authentic amazing tastes. I ordered chicken and beef shawarmas from Medina kitchen and let me tell you, the taste took me back to Lebanon and Jordan where I tried the first delicious shawarma in my life ! Perfect seasoning and taste, I will continue to order from this store. They also have middle eastern groceries, and every time I go there I find new items. read more
