Their hot sauce inventory is extensive, they make and bottle much of it in the back. The store was filled with bottles, a display of their awards, and tasting room bar was perfect. Georgy greeted happily greeted us in and was very informative on the variety of hot sauces being offered. He even offered to make a batch as we drank some of the home-made ginger beer. So if you need a solution for not having a sauce, then this is your place. But what if you also need a solution for needing to have your own sauce bottled? Well, look no further because they do that too. Oddly enough, I make my own hot sauce and have looked for a bottler who does very small batch and they just don't exist. Well, they didn't exist until now... So, if you happen to be in the niche market of needing your sauce bottled, stop on by and see what they can do for you. I knew that they sold hot sauce, but I didn't realize that they: 1) Make and bottle their own hot sauce on site - you can see them at work in the back behind glass. 2) Will give you tastings of soooo many options that they have available. Service was amazing, we really were catered to our whole visit and it was awesome. We learned all about the sauces, the process, and got to taste them.
