Very nice and fast service programming my new key fob for my car.

Very impressed by this company. They were able to come on short notice and had all the parts with them on their truck to get everything working without having to schedule a second visit. I was even more impressed when the locksmith texted me the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. One of the doors is a little warped and so the deadbolt and knob were hard to operate, which I mentioned to him. Without hesitation, he asked if he could come back and look at the problem, which he did the next day. After making sure the strike plates were both in good alignment, he suggested we put some simple and inexpensive spacers along the edge of the door to prevent it from over closing. Once again, he texted the next day to see if his spacer recommendation had worked, which we were happy to report that it worked like a charm! I went to thjs business to see if I could get an electronic keypad for a lock repaired. After about 10 minutes they had it open and told me they couldn't fix it. They gave me advice on getting a new keypad and lock (which they didn't sell), and how to install it myself. Very nice and helpful people. Earlier this week I stopped by because the glove compartment in my father's Cadillac was locked and we didn't have the key. My father passed away in 2016.
