Horrible service and RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Had to return 3 times the first week for nail repair and was made to feel like it was all my fault.

DON'T!, Just DON'T!! I have NEVER had as bad of a manicure or experience such as this. I wanted a specific color with Chrome. I even brought the picture. To what I could understand the lady said "she do like that". (Extremely strong accent and spoke rapidly). Since I was already in the mall and was in a hurry prepping for a funeral, I decided why not? Biggest mistake I ever did regarding my nails. It took 2, yes 2 hours just for a typical fill in that should have taken 1 hour at the most. After enduring never ending stories of her life of boyfriends and numerous times of filing, dusting, filing, dusting, filing etc..., then some type of gel rubbed on each nail repeatedly over and over and over...Then cleaning and correcting!!! Oh my gosh...I just wanted to pay and get the heck out of dodge!!! No arguing about paying... just get the heck OUT!! Well this is how my nails turned out in the 3 pictures I am sharing with you. Nail fill in polish change and they had me pay before the girl even had all of the acrylic off of my fingers to refill them and they are the worst Nails I've ever had they literally look like a 5-year-old did them they were rude whenever they could obviously tell that I wasn't happy about what she was doing to my fingernails they actually tried to blame it on me that's some narcissistic crap for you I will never be going back and I've also reported them to the Better Business Bureau because they're absolutely horrible. I wish I could rate this lower. After waiting 45 min, a women came in and demanded her nails be soaked off. When they said it would be an hour, she threw a fit because she was leaving the go the the beach in an hour. Pretty sure that trip was not planned the night before. If I could rate the spoiled brat, I would but what made me upset was that the worker put the brat before my friend who was next in line. Completely disrespectful towards your customers that didnt wait till the last min and whine like a child. Will never ho back. read more

If I could rate this place at negative 5 stars I would. The service I received was bare minimum, unprofessional, and the "manager" is a liar and a cheat. I only came here because I was in the mall and needed a quick manicure, silly me for not checking Yelp before hand. During my service a woman entered with complaints of service she received just two days prior for pedi, tips, and eye lashes...all of which had already come undone...and the manager (short red hair) lied of her status, and basically laughed in her native tonguw while speaking to another employee there. Lastly, the salon had awful decor, color scheme, and a radio station playing...completely UN-relaxing atmosphere. Sace your time, noney, and energy and avoid this place. read more

This was the worst experience i've ever had with a nail salon! They're so rude and didn't treat me with respect. I was ignored for 10 minutes and then finally a lady put me in a pedicure chair to sit in cold water that barely filled up the bowl. Awful experience, I called before to check prices and they told me $15 to get my toenails painted and $30 for French tips when I get there they want $35 for French tips and $30 for toes. They did a sloppy job, my fingers around my nails are sore, the nails were crooked and they have an odd shape to them. I would not recommend this place. read more

Terrible! Terrible! Did I say TERRIBLE???!!!! I was here in Texarkana to visit my daughter. Decided to take a quick trip to the mall for a relaxing mani and pedi. From the very beginning, I felt that something wasn't quite right with the nail tech. She rushed into the shop, came to where I was sitting and started making demands. Put your bag in the chair. Put your umbrella over there. Put your phone in your backpack. WTH??? It only got worse from there. She started speaking aggressively to another worker about placing polish from yesterday at her station. Too much today tell here. At one point, she started making hand gestures as she shouted across the shop. She started saying "Money, money!" I asked her what her hand gesturing and money murmuring all meant. She then responded in an irritated tone. "That's what they do in my country, Vietnam. I'm trying to explain to you!" WTH???? Then...she yelled across the shop that I messed my nails up read more

Horrible experience!! Extremely out of control. Terrible service... My daughters (ages 8 & 10) and I opted to get a manicure/pedicure and a pink and white fill for myself while we where shopping at the mall. BAD BAD BAD idea!!! The concept of "customer service" ~ non-existent. The guy who "took care" of me ~ ruined my nails, and painted my toes (as well as my toe nails) I mean honestly I get less paint on my "toes" than he did, massage with the "spa pedicure" lasted about 1 min. per foot -enough to rub in some lotion. No hot towel, No salt-rub to exfoliate.... He did trim my toe nails and push back cuticles. But the worst part he was rude and bossy. He decided that my nails needed to be taken complete off and then replaced I reluctantly I agreed, he opted to soak them in a bowl of acetone ~ OUCH! I expressed that it was burning my skin; he insisted I leave my hands in the acetone. I could feel my skin tightening and I told him, I can not do this and again insisted and told me, You CANT take them out now Leave them in! ~URGH! Then he decided I needed to soak while he did the pedicure, and he moved me over to the pedicure station. He placed this bowl of acetone on my lap and then tugged, pulled and pushed my feet/legs while I was trying to balances this bowl of acetone. VERY uncomfortable, NOT relaxing!! When I would express my unhappiness he would get irritated. Vocally embarrassing me ~ He was rude and demeaning. Eventually I removed my hands from this liquid and placed the bowl on a side table. My fingers were pink and raw; still are this morning. By this time I had sticky unbelievable hands/nails and polish not only on my toe nails but on my toes as well :-/ Then we moved back to the nail station and he got physically rough with my hands... Think my sage is over yet... I wish! I thought when the owner stepped in and removed this man from the store it would get better. She had another lady clean up my nails as best as possible. This girl suggested that I NOT put nails back on that day because my natural nail bed needed to rest. She stated I should wait at least 2 weeks. 1 positive note - The girls mani/pedi for $25/each was great. They have adorable little spa chairs just right for their size and the polish with design turned out very cute. But then I go to checkout - she says, that will be $95. I was like WHAT!!! I understand $50 of that. Like I stated before the girls turned out very cute and they where happy. But $45 for my mess and I am now leaving with NO nails!!! I looked better before we started and my hands did not hurt! I handed her the $50 for the girls and stated I am not paying $45 for what you did to me. As I turn around to leave another gentleman (I assume a owner) standing directly behind me stated, maam you have to pay. I again stated I am not paying $45 for what you did to me. At this point I was scared and just wanted to leave. She finally came down to $25. I paid and left... I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! read more

This was the worst nail salon I had ever been to. I was there with a wedding party and the nail techs were rude when we were picking out our colors and insisted that we must buy the bottles of polish (only later to watch them fill them up with thinner because they were used bottles). I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and have never had such a painful fill in. The woman jerked me around, cut the brides finger and yelled at me about how I washed my hands. To top it off when I asked for the nails to be buffed, not gel she refused. When I walked out of the salon within two hours the nails had turned brown! I had brown french tips (which I did nothing to and have never had happen before). When I went back to have them corrected they yelled at me in front of other customers that "I lie" and that "they use good materials". I had traveled 12 hours from KY for the wedding and was stuck with brown nails..... Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT go here. We were from out of town and had no idea how awful of an experience we were going to have. read more
