've consistently had wonderful experiences at this salon! The service is always friendly and attentive, and they even offer a beverage (or two!) while you're getting your nails done--such a nice touch. The space is bright, open, and very welcoming. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here. The staff regularly wipes down surfaces and touch points, and they use single-serve pedicure bowl kits, which makes the whole experience feel extra sanitary and safe. If anything isn't quite right, they're quick to fix it with no hesitation. It's truly my go-to nail spot in Midlothian, and I always leave happy. Highly recommend! read more

This is probably the worst looking pedi I have ever had in my life. Rough skin still. Polish doesn't even go to the edges, and there's polish splattered on my skin. This was Gigi. I paid $50 for this and regret not looking closer before I added a tip to that! Now that I'm home I have to try and fix this mess. read more

It's a nearby location and that is why I selected it for my services. I booked a week in advance a powder full set and deluxe pedicure. I like how it is convenient to book online and their prices are upfront. I arrived on time and was seen on time by Jey. She told me immediately before starting my nails that she does not do pink and white powder. I was upset because why was I just knowing this day of? I would not have selected her as my tech. I let her know that it was not made known on the website and I would select a different service so I did not lose the appointment. She did a great job with my set with using gel for my french. After my set was done she asked me if I minded if someone else would do my deluxe pedicure because she was behind time. I told her it was fine but then no one was available and so I told her my pedicure can be basic but I wanted the paraffin. The pedicure was so rushed I didn't get a top coat and my bill was $115. I really like the convenience of this location so I will go back but I do recommend management work with their techs on time management and also what services they do provide. read more

Bliss Nails always does a great job. It's one of the upper tier salons in Midlothian. It's well appointed and luxurious. Services range from basic to multi-package deals. If you want a quick in and out mani/pedi or something that resembles a spa day, this is the place to go. I recommend an appointment to ensure you don't have to wait. read more

*Ask for Lee if she is available for pedicure! I got a deluxe pedicure and chose the lavender scent. Now I can't speak for all the employees but Lee did mine and she was AMAZING! It lasted a full hour before she even started prepping my tonsils for gel! Best and most relaxing pedicure I have hand in a while. She methodically took her time with each step making it such a great and clean experience for me! Once she started painting she took her time looking over each coat and fixed the minor imperfections! Gosh just a great experience! I don't mind paying for pedicures cause it is worth it and I enjoy getting them, and this was such a great experience I would not have been mad about paying more for this quality! After painting she went back to massaging! Side note: this place is so pretty and calm! I loved the relaxing spa like music! It is well maintained and cleaned. Went for mani/pedi. Kim (nails) was wonderful!! Hot stones, hot towels, wonderful pedicure. Gel polish on my fingernails and a shamrock painted on one nail on each hand. Couldn't have asked for better. Salon is busy, but friendly, wonderful chairs with massage. My pedicure came with 10-20 minutes neck/back massage. Worth every cent. read more

I went here for a last minute appointment. I'm so glad they were able to accommodate me. The staff at the reception area was friendly and my nail tech, Ella, asked if I wanted something to drink and was friendly as well. I declined something to drink so I'm not sure what would've been offered. She was also gentle and said "thank you" whenever I complied with a request. She laughed with me a few times and that made me feel comfortable. I got there at 5:30pm and left about 7pm. I didn't feel like I was there THAT long. But they don't play anything on the TV (besides advertisements for the place) to pass the time so you kind of have to entertain yourself. I received a basic pedicure and a dip powder manicure (French tips). I was surprised by the $20 extra price for gel polish added to my pedicure. I spent about $120 SO if you're looking for somewhere cheap, this isn't the place for you haha. BUT I'm not knocking their talent. I just can't afford it. ps don't judge my toes too hard read more

I feel like I always receive a high quality manicure at Bliss. Sun was my tech and she did a fabulous job. My nails were in terrible shape but she was very skilled, fast and pleasant. The salon itself is very aesthetically pleasing. I have been to other nail salons that are run down and do not use quality products which results in my gel polish coming off/chipping in a day while mine usually do last the full 2 weeks from Bliss. read more

I have neverrrr been a huge nail girl but I absolutely love how anyone I have do my nails listens to what I'm looking for, checks in throughout each step to make sure it's what I want, and everyone is so friendly. Poor customer service..the owner is often rude and abrupt. I called to cancel due to having the flu there was no voicemail or anything to leave a messag. He calls to tell me i will be charged $10 which is not a worry for a person experiencing the flu. He was told i had the flu and continued with his lack of empathy which i have experienced numerous times in person. They just lost a regular customer over lack of empathy. read more

Returned for a deluxe pedi and a dip powder overlay w/manicure for a Valentines Day gift. Pedicure was amazing as always and I was with Lucy this time. I do think she worked faster than my last technician but no complaints with the overall results. This was my first time getting dip here, be sure to select the option with a manicure ($10 extra). I did the dip overlay on my natural nails. I did have to ask the technician to alter the shape of a few nails but she did and I was happy when I left. It was also neat because this was the first time I received a dip overlay that didn't require a use of the UV light to cure the manicure. The manicure lasted about 2 weeks before some of the dip started to lift and I soaked it off. The dip manicures I've received in the past (with the light) would last at least 3 weeks. The photos of the dip manicure were a week later. read more

Update: of course I had to comeback to Bliss Nail Lounge...this time I made an appointment. However I didn't get a pedicure this time just a manicure with powder dip nails. My nail tech was Olivia and she was super attentive to my needs...she offered me water and a sprite...I opted for the water as I am not much of a soda drinker. She did a fabulous job on my nails. I am always wanting more than one color and this particular day I was at a crossroad with what I wanted. But Olivia was super patient and did a phenomenal job with helping me choose a color or rather colors . Also this nail lounge is so clean and well organized. The staff is super professional and kind. I love Bliss Nail Salon - it is always very clean and extremely well decorated. You receive the service you ask for every time. Two VERY important things to me are attention to timeliness and the technician. IF you make an appointment you are always taken ON TIME!!! David, the Manager, runs a tight ship in a very busy shop!
