I went to Helen's to get my nails done before a big trip I have planned. I normally do my nails myself at home due to cost but I wanted to treat myself. The tech I had worked hard to do the design I showed him - and it looks really good. I asked for a muted French tip which I didn't get. However, that's also a little on my because I feel uncomfortable correcting people. I'm sure if I would have reminded him he would have changed it. The other bonus was that it was affordable. Edit: I had to update. These nails peeled off a week after getting them - they were gel. Also, my nails were not even with each other and some were even different shapes. I went to this place the other day the service was nice and they did a good job on my feet other then them cutting my toe multiple times and giving me a toe infection I had to go to the hospital and they made me spend the night because of them cutting my toe with the clippers and the nail drip 10/10 don't recommend unless you want a infection and when they gave me water it was already opened so don't go there THEY GAVE ME AN INFECTION!! read more

We visited this salon in a pinch and it was the worse decision. The techs are rude and extremely unprofessional. They make snide remarks and embarrassing remarks about their customers loudly for everyone to hear. The pedicures are rushed and not comfortable at all. Would not recommend. read more

I came in to get acrylics with a forth of July design and I was told they could do it, then when I left I was not happy. I ended up going back and was treated very poorly for asking for them to redo then or my money back because the nails were sloppy and could of been done by a child. I am very disappointed for how the situation was handled even when I came in nicely to ask for a fix and for how poorly my nails were. read more

Pros: no wait. Cons: pedicure is horrible. Tech rushed through the pedicure. Attempted to do my manicure while doing my pedicure simultaneously. She literally saw that I had a hang nail and did not file it down. When I brought it to her attention she said she didnt file it because it would make my nail short. I told her that was okay and she continued to rush file it. Definitely overpriced! read more

I have been coming to Thomas and Helen for quite some time now and would never go anywhere else. They are like family now. When I bring my elderly mother in for her mani/pedi Helen is always very gentle and takes her time with her.....even when there are other customers. EVERYONE get the time and care they need. The salon is always immaculate, and there is never a question about they instruments they are using. I love the environment at INails. Today makes my 4th visit. It is very peaceful & relaxing here. The nail tech that provided my service today was very patient and gentle. The service did not feel rushed. She really took her time and I appreciate that for spa services that are moderately higher than most local salons. ($40 Deluxe Pedi, $30 Gel Mani). I would most definitely return again. I am leaving 4 stars because the quality could be a little better for the price but it's not bad. I will pay for a tranquil experience any day. I went in on a Sunday at 3 no one told us about the different options available. I had great service but when it came to my husband's pedi it was the worst experience! The pedi was a half way pedi. The lady completely missed 2 toes on 1 foot and the other foot she did 3 toes and again left the other 2. When called out on it she claimed that she did it. When she was caught lying about it she said "I do for you at the end" again when I said something about the half way job she was doing she said "who I'm do this for you or him" wow!!!!!! Serious lack of customer service, poor quality work, terrible attitude!!! I will never come here AGAIN! I never leave bad reviews but this is an exception given the poor lack of customer service and workmanship! Beware when going to this establishment!
