CALIFORNIA NON STOP TOWING If I could give Cruise America negative stars, I would. Renting an RV from them was one of the most horrendous, appalling, and borderline dangerous experiences I've ever had with any company, let alone one that's supposed to provide reliable transportation and basic human sanitation. Where do I even begin?Let's start with the propane meter, which was completely inaccurate. It read full when it was not, which we only discovered the hard way. Then came the sewage tank indicator, which also falsely claimed the tank was empty -- it wasn't. Guess what? That surprise hits different when your black tank is full and you're not prepared. Disgusting doesn't even begin to cover it. The sewage hose itself was a disaster -- it literally wouldn't even fully connect. It looked like someone had DIY'd a fix with duct tape and forgotten about it. This led to spills and a very real health hazard that should never be present on a commercial rental. Moving inside, the fridge was absolutely vile. Sticky, smelly, and clearly never cleaned. I've seen gas station bathrooms cleaner than this. The water system? Overflowed while claiming to be empty. The gray water flooded into parts of the RV -- absolutely revolting. Again, the sensors were giving totally false readings. Oh, and the entire RV was filthy on pickup. Dust, grime, someone else's old food crumbs -- Cruise America clearly does not clean or inspect their vehicles properly before renting them out. It took someone with RV experience to manually re-circuit parts of the system just so we could function. For a nationwide company, their logistics are shamefully amateur. We rented this unit to support a medical setup at a festival, meaning we were depending on a functioning, habitable RV for essential services. What we got was closer to a rolling biohazard. If we hadn't had a friend on-site who knew how to troubleshoot failing RV systems, we would've been stranded in the middle of nowhere with a lemon on wheels and zero support from the company. This isn't just disappointing -- it's negligent and unacceptable. Cruise America claims its RVs are "ready to go," "fully cleaned," and "road-trip worthy." That is a blatant lie. read more

Best Response! After the second time waiting over an hour for a tow through AAA, I called California Non Stop. Within 2 minutes I got a text and call, with a truck 15 minutes away. AAA responded with an ETA last minute, so I cancelled. Now I know who to call when I don't want to wait and play towing roulette. read more

Needed to have my F250 transported to the repair shop. The quoted price was quite reasonable, but the service was excellent. They communicate very well, and have a GPS enabled app that shows you the ETA and where the driver, pick up point, and destination are. Obviously you never want to have to be towed, but if you do, this company was exceptional. read more

We were stranded for 5 hours waiting for our classic to be towed. Our roadside assistance via our auto insurance called numerous tow companies without any luck finding a company who would tow us. We were in need of a wheel lift. We kept getting we can arrange a tow in the morning. No company was available, until our insurance got ahold of California Towing. Jaime (Hi-meh) explained to us he did not have a wheel lift, but that he could try to help us get towed. He really went above and beyond to ensure our classic was towed to a safe location. The location where our classic broke down at was a very unsafe area. We were risking either our vehicle being stolen or damaged by another vehicle, since the location was a highway (hwy12) and there was a constant traffic flow. We were right in a dangerous turn. We are truly grateful for Jaime doing such an outstanding job and making sure we got our classic to a safe location. THANK YOU CALIFORNIA TOW!! Jaime deserves a recognition for his hard work and outstanding towing skills!!! Jaime did what no other local company would do in Santa Rosa. Very worth the wait!! I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I honestly thought it was going to be such a hassle getting my car towed because I lost the key but Cali. Non-Stop Towing was very accommodating and got the job done with no issues. I spoke with Mark to book the service and he made it so easy. All he needed was the model, year & address of the pick up and drop off location. When I mentioned that I had lost my key he basically told me they'd figure it out for me which was one less thing for me to worry about. Waiting time wasn't even that long. They got to the p/u location in less than an hr of me booking their services. Luis was the tow driver that was sent to help me out and he was/is AMAZING!!! Great towing company. They were able to help me super last minute to get our car to local garage for repairs. Price was good. Super responsive. The person who handled the call was really nice. The driver was great too. He even looked under my hood to help me diagnose my problem. What a nice guy! He confirmed what I suspected. I thought that was pretty cool. At first I called a towing company out of Penngrove and they said they only did semi-trucks and referred me to this company. I thought that was nice of them and it showed me that they must be good if other tow companies refer to them. If you live in the area you should for sure use this company. read more

My daughter locked her keys in her car today. A & C towing said they would come out at 10:30 PM after we were off work for $85. Then at 9:30 PM they said they would come out for $305!! So they left a 70 year old woman and her 44 year old daughter out in the cold carless as we refused to pay $305!! No Marin County tow companies would come out either!! So, finally at 11:30 we called Non Stop and they came from Petaluma for $105!! We were so grateful and Moe, the driver, had us in the car in seconds!! Friendly and EXCELLENT customer service!! my brand new tire had a sharp SMALL object sticking out and had completely flattened the tire by the time I noticed it. I called at 330pm explained my situation to the very nice customer service representative, I was in Cotati not too far but with traffic about 45min away from help. legally stolen my vehicle... I had gotten into a minor accident one night and needed to get my vehicle towed from someone's font yard basically after a bunch of no shows from other towing companies california non stop towing showed up and towed my vehicle i had my insurance company tell them to drop the car off at 1024 N Dutton Ave which was previously a different shop than what's there now but apparently their lot was full and couldn't hold any vehicles so california non stop towing, without permission or contact drop my vehicle off in their lot. days went by and i had thought my vehicle was sitting in the auto shop so i called them trying to get them to work on it long story short i had to track my vehicle down because the auto shop didn't have it found out i had to pay California non stop towing over $4000 in storage fees super unfortunate considering the car had been in my family for some time. Highly recommend Non Stop Towing. My insurance arranged for someone to come change my flat tire. I was stuck on the side of the 37, late at night, with thick fog rolling through. Jaime arrived promptly and was so incredibly helpful and professional. There was only a narrow shoulder where I was stuck but Jaime was unflappable. He helped me get the car at a slightly better angle and got my tire off and a spare on unbelievably fast. It must have been nerve wracking working so close to traffic, but Jaime was precise and efficient. I will absolutely call Non Stop if I ever need roadside help again. My insurance company dispatched them to tow my vehicle. I had only 1 bar of cell service but finally reached Non Stop Towing. The driver (George) said he was in a nearby town (about 15 miles away) but that he needed to talk to his boss. He called back and said the road was too narrow. I said that it is 2 lanes and is driven daily by large semi trucks. He then said, Call your insurance company and hung up on me. After several minutes, I was able to get back through and reached the owner of the company, Joe who said that the driver just dropped off in the town near me, but that he wanted to go home - that he could not force George to respond to the dispatch. He offered no solution to the problem. I was finally able to get signal and reach another tow company, farther away and they immediately responded. Thanks Non Stop Towing for hanging up on me and failing to respond, even though you were dispatched by my insurance company. Follow up after response by Owner: Joe, your driver, George was in Healdsburg, not Petaluma. He was close to us. I understand that insurance companies can be difficult to deal with, but I have no control over your contract with them. You should have helped to solve the problem. I was going to up the rating in response to your message until you wrote that your driver, George did not hang up on me. He did. There were 2 calls. He rudely hung up in the second one, not the first one that you listened to. Follow up 2 Joe, if you had told me that at the time, I would have completely understood. We didn't discuss any of that. No discussion about anyone out sick or staffing issues. Just a stiff arm after my insurance company dispatched you. And you did know about the hang up. We discussed it.
