I would not recommend. This driver did not do the job as asked which was to drop the car off at the junk yard, instead he dropped the car off in a neighborhood only to have the car picked up and impounded by the Fairfield Police Department! Imagine our suprise when we were given an invoice of over $1000 in fees and then when we tried to contact Dennis he ghosted us even though he said would help us take care of the situation. Rude. Inconsiderate. Unprofessional. Waited around 4 hours for a tow. My insurance company called this company. He told me to hide my keys at the car and leave, if I didn't want to keep waiting. I didn't feel comfortable with doing that because of the area, so I called the insurance company to reassign the job to another tow company after about 3 hours of waiting for Dennis. I left while waiting for another company to come, and Dennis showed up and put my car on his truck and called me after it was already on there. I told him I had waited for a long time and he said "I don't care how long you waited, I have your car on my truck." He ended up just dropping my car off at my house without the keys anyway. If I could give this guy zero stars, I would. I will also be reporting him to the BBB, my insurance company, and to the FTC. read more

Dennis was very nice, and professional. I called him for what i thought was a battery issue. Long story short my car battery light came on, and the car stopped on me as I was driving. Dennis came within 30min gave my car a jump and followed me to AutoZone so they could test my battery. I had recently purchased a battery that was still under warranty , but at O'Reilly auto part. Dennis unhooked my battery took it to O'Reilly brought it back to me at Autozone reinstalled it into my car and told me to hurry up and get home and call him in the morning if I needed further assistance. Again long story short I called him the next morning to tow my car to the Nissan dealership. He was very prompt and not to mention his price was reasonable. AAA responded (a Fairfield/Suisun based AAA operator) and told me they couldn't get their flatbed tow truck down the driveway due to high centering potential despite my advising the operator they'd (Napa based tow company for AAA) managed it before. I politely walked the Fairfield operator through how it has been done previously and he still refused after giving it one attempt (not as how I had advised). They left and AAA rep refused service despite seeing the NAPA company having successfully done a tow previously. I called Dennis's Tow who responded and without any discussion backed right in, winched the truck onto the flatbed and took it to my designated shop. The yahoos at AAA left me stranded for so long (4 and a half hours) that they finally had to contract with a capable towing company and that company was Dennis. He drove me and my car 85 miles late at night, was patient as I figured out a place to drop the car and even assessed the car after dropping it.
