    a variety of meats

This is our new go to for the carne asada when we make it in our house. We were so happy to find something close to home where the meat was absolutely delicious. The prices sometimes vary depending on market value I'm guessing so for they're ranchera your gonna always look to pay $8-$12 per pound. It's a quite pricey but well worth it. They don't tell prices over the phone so I hope this helps and encourages you to try them out because it's definitely worth it! TRUST ME!!!

I'm here. The happiest place in Perris

I eat a lot if carne asada. I've eaten it everywhere in the world. This is top 3, and number 1 in the IE. I drive 40 minutes to buy it and I love it. When this place closes I will become vegan

I had a wonderful phone conversation with the owner Ben who personally took my order. We agreed upon a date and time two weeks out since I was going to be out of town for the 4th of July week. They called while I was out of town to confirm the date and time (between 10-11 am) which was great! When I arrived to the store with my son around 11:15 because of the heavy traffic on 91W I went to the counter and was told by a young female that I needed to go to the pay counter. She was curt and not helpful. There was only three people ahead of me so no problem. But the elder gentleman in front of me, who was being helped by the young man who would eventually help me, took an exceptionally long time with his order. I'm just here to pay and pick up. No problem, I'll be patient and keep waiting. Two other costumers are helped by the female counter person and finally the elder customer leaves with his order and I'm next. The young male counter person then waits for me to initiate the conversation and doesn't greet me with a smile or hello or how can I help. I brush it off. I tell him I'm here to pick up my order, a whole pig and give him my last name. He fumbles around a few seconds and then asks how to spell my name and eventually finds my ticket order and asks what time. The time is written at the top of the ticket he failed to notice. I pay for the order. He mutters someone will be out with my order and disappears. No thank you, no attentiveness like he gave the older gentleman in front of me. Again, I've been in my car with my son for over two hours from San Diego in traffic and this fella couldn't give me five minutes of courtesy. I'm waiting, and waiting and waiting while others eventually come into the store and are being helped and leaving. The older female worker at the pay counter is still there helping customers while the younger female at the deli counter is now apparently on a break and making herself lunch. She stops momentarily when a customer comes in for deli service. I'm still waiting by the counter to make sure I'm at least acknowledged but I don't see the young male counter worker who apparently left for lunch since it's now noon. The older female worker can probably see on my face that I'm not happy and says to me he's working on my order. He? Who's he? I am just here to pay and pick order between 10-11. How much time and trouble could it be to put this order together which was made two weeks prior? A different gentlemen finally arrives with three boxes and two large paper bags that comprise my order. On the way out the older female worker says goodbye and was very courteous. At this point I'm pretty upset because this is not a large haul and this order could've easily been second and not 45 minutes! I arrive home after the two hour drive back home to SD and looking forward to the meat, especially the sausages and putting it into the freezer which I cleared out in preparation for the meat. My older son is home to help. As we are sorting and placing the meat I notice that there are no sausages. It's just sausage meat but no links. I guess it's my fault for assuming and not specifying sausage links on at peat some of the order. It was a huge letdown. I had array went out to purchase rolls and buns for a bbq this weekend and to have friends and family over. Oh well. You live and you learn. At least the bacon was great.

My wife and I went on Valentine's weekend and it was absolutely PACKED. I waited close to 30 minutes... and yes, it was 100% worth it. We ordered 11 lbs of prime ranchera plus some chorizos and fed about 20 people in our family. Not a single complaint. The ranchera was tender, juicy, and seasoned perfectly. The chorizo had that bold, authentic flavor that elevates any carne asada. What really stood out though was the management that weekend. They were handing out flowers, chocolates, and even giving away their hats to customers. That level of generosity and appreciation during such a busy time says a lot about how they treat their community. It turned into one of those family gatherings where everyone's happy, plates are full, and nobody leaves hungry. Yes, they're busy. Yes, you'll probably wait. But quality like this? You wait. Definitely coming back for the next carne asada weekend.

My wife initially connected with Anna, who was phenomenal. I later met with her in person to place the deposit, and she was incredibly warm, accommodating, and welcoming. She even took the time to offer us a few samples of their prepared foods, which was such a thoughtful touch. Before leaving, I decided to grab about 2 pounds of pork pastor for dinner, and asked if they could cook it for me. I was genuinely shocked in the best way at how affordable it was. The price for the meat plus the cooking fee came out to less than $10. When I got home and tried it, all I can say is wow. The pork was incredibly flavorful, tender, and absolutely delicious. The next day when I returned to pick up our large order, everything was ready right on time. The team went above and beyond by helping load everything into my car and even placing napkins underneath the trays to prevent any spills. That level of care really stood out. At church, everyone kept talking about how great the food was. The chicken and steak were both big hits, the beans were very good, and I was honestly surprised at how fresh and flavorful the guacamole was. All in all, this was a top-tier experience. I highly recommend this place for both your meat needs and catering. Special thanks to Anna and her daughter for taking such great care of us. We will definitely be coming back!

Before I get to reviewing the sandwiches I want to mention the great stuff I saw at the meat counter that I will definitely come back for! They had chorizo, pork breakfast sausage, Hungarian pork sausage, two kinds of brats and more. Nice organic chickens, bone in skin on chicken thighs, and herb marinated half chickens. Their chickens are smaller than what they sell at supermarkets which tell me they are younger and more tender. The steaks....ohhhh the steaks! Wagu, Prime grade, rib-eyes, New York Strips, big shrimps, fish, etc. In the other cold case there was Duck, and other Duck related products, plus so much more I can't remember them all! They are a busy place at lunchtime and I didn't mind waiting. We had a turkey and bacon hot sandwich and a BLT. Outstanding on both! Starting off, they are way overpriced. Unless the owners gross profit percentage is 50% or more, should definitely be embarrassed pushing low marbled over priced products. Also, questioning the rotation and shelf life on the product. Quality; putting a first cut, wedge cut that was barely scraped in your counter is embarrassing. Anyone that knows anything about cutting or displaying would walk out, which I did. Displays are amateur at best, no quality or finesse.
