They have beyond strict "call out" policies that is only applicable to the client and not their employees. Also, the "therapist" they sent to my house reeked of marijuana and when I called the BCBA to discuss my concerns her suggestion was for me to send a code word to her if I felt that the "therapist" was under the influence. Also, this company will nickel and dime you and charge you for days where their employees where a no show. Trying to get this corrected has been a complete and utter nightmare. Also there "therapists" only need to take a 40 hour online course to be authorized to provide "services." These individuals are not credentialed and when I asked about what this person's background was I was told it was confidential. This person perpetuated more issues in my house than they solved. In fact, she turned my home into a place my kids did not want to be. This place is terrible, avoid at all costs. Trust me. I don't write a lot of reviews but felt the need to warn the public.

My sons third week there he came back with a bad injury to…read morehis face ( level 3 non verbal) and not one person contacted me about it I just saw it when picking him up..no incident report was done and they never offered to show me any footage of the incident..very suspicious..the first day i dropped him off Mindy walked me around the tiny facility for 10 stop minutes then they expected me to leave my son there for 8 hours he supposedly had 4 BTs but I never formally was introduced to any of them I only met who I dropped him off with in the morning and who I picked them up with in the afternoon ..And These are ppl supposed to be caring for my disabled child 8 hrs 5 days a week and they can't introduce themselves for a parents peace of mind. Not to mention most of the BT's there look 17 to 22 ( They do not drug test employees) so someone can go smoke a blunt put some eye drops in and take care of my disabled child come on now most of them look like they don't even have kids. They're nice, but that doesn't mean they're qualified to take care of your children let alone special needs children that sometimes lash out or get aggressive .I heard a lot of bad things about ABA and I wanted to try it myself. This was just my personal experience so far honestly, I just feel like it was a glorified daycare with glorified babysitters and my son needs more than that I'm looking into OT and speech therapy and possibly a different ABA! Just do your research don't feel pressured into putting your kid into this program full-time ( like me) make sure you ask all the right questions and you meet all the BTs that will be caring for your child. A lot of people tell me you can request in the home sessions to where you can be present, but of course they never offer that to me. Texted them that it was unacceptable and I Never took my son back because I just didn't feel right about it and they didn't reply to me so unprofessional I'm glad I only had my son there for 3 weeks or before he got really badly injured.. follow your mommy instincts! Look around before committing and if u do remember u can take ur child out at ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON!! It's your right

There was a kiddo who was unattended and aggressive. He was unattended the whole 45 minutes I took my son. The environment is lackluster the only employee who spoke was the front office.

This is just the TIP of that iceberg. I could write an entire review just on that. I witnessed them doing a pot-luck/catered event Holiday gathering despite Covid restrictions where there were more than the allotted people allowed, no social distancing at the tables and people had their masks off because of the food present, which shows a complete disregard for the health and safety of their Clients and the families of those Clients. I have also witnessed Larry Humphreys (the Executive Director/Owner) behave in VERY unprofessional conduct in front of the Ontario facility (he seems to think he owns the entire property when they merely rent office space). Yelling at people for parking in certain areas (there is NO labeled/designated parking for specific businesses), threatening other businesses with his lawyers when they did not do things to his liking, yelling and making a general fool of himself right at the front doors, etc. Personally, from what I have seen, HE is the one that needs behavioral therapy.

We saw 3 or 4 speech therapist before her and suddenly he's 95% on board with participating while practicing new skill and he was 0% participating with the other ones. So grateful we got paired with her, she pushes him the perfect amount for him and that changes by the moment constantly reading him and seeing what he's up to in each moment while not letting him avoid practice all together. I also really appreciate the guidance on things we can practice and model at home to boost our progress.
