The day of the party, we were running late the owners were so quick to help they had all the tables setup, helped us setup food, helped us decorate, and helped us with clean up. They even had a fridge we could use to keep drinks and food cold. I cannot recommend stay and play strongly enough and have been telling all my family and friends about it!

Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

After I thought about it I called to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one on site but they would leave a message for them to call me over the weekend but had I come in 2hours(so at 3pm) prior to closing they would have informed me they were closing early and still charging full price and there was nothing they could do. I asked to have a manager contact me, I would have rather discussed my issues with them directly but unfortunately they never contacted me. It's unfortunate because my son does love this place but I don't like the feeling of being ripped off. You're charging people full price and then closing early to make more money off of events.
