Whenever this happens I end up leaving with a lot more items. I appreciate that they carry a wide variety of items including some ingredients and items that are hard to find in the US and even at other Asian grocery stores. I've stopped into many different stores and I feel like Oto's has variety and quality at a great price. They do have their own parking, but be careful because it can be pretty tight and there's usually a good amount of cars coming in and out.

I got 1.5 lbs for two people and that was way more than enough FYI. I think you can easily get by with 1 lb and probably have some fish left over for the next day (possibly two, but I wouldn't stretch it out that far). In the end, it's super tasty and healthy if you don't all the mayo etc... and probably cheaper overall than going to your favorite poke spot. If you care about good seafood and want a reliable local fish market, Sunh Fish is absolutely worth checking out. Great quality, great service, and a Sacramento gem. Near the seafood it smells like a fish-market and the smell kind of permeates through the store but that's what you get with fresh fish. The aisles have an interesting organization and while they have a good variety there are some things that I've found elsewhere that I didn't see here. I did notice that there were some good deals, I picked up a couple items that I've found for a couple dollars more at other local markets. They only had one check out open when I stopped in, but the person who checked me out was quick and efficient. There's plenty of parking in the lot and there are some other great businesses in the plaza like the post office, pizza, boba, and some others.
