I had a great experience during my sleep study. The lady checking me in (didn't catch her name) was very kind and helpful. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The technician Lana explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and helped ease any nerves I had about the process. I was nervous all day about staying somewhere overnight and with people watching me but Lana was so nice and talkative I was immediately relaxed and comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. There was blackout curtains and a fan, which made the room feel relaxing. I actually fell asleep much faster than I expected, which made the experience even better. The bathroom was clean and had a bench I could set my stuff down while I changed and got ready for bed. The facility was clean, quiet, and well organized, making it as comfortable as possible for an overnight stay. I really appreciated how kind and attentive everyone was throughout the night. I would highly recommend this sleep center to anyone needing a sleep study. read more

I'm at my wits' end with this company. My husband has been trying to get a CPAP machine for over a year. It took months to even get the appointment, and after the sleep study, we heard nothing for months. Calling this office is a nightmare--they never answer. The recording pushes you to text, but that feature hangs up and never sends a link. If you stay on the line, it disconnects. I've left voicemails with no response, and it's been days. When you can't sleep because of breathing issues, that feels like a lifetime. My husband wakes up 15-20 times a night from either choking or from nightmares, constant nightmares. This office has the power to help, and I would love to see some sort of sign that they WANT to help! They also never sent his sleep study results to his doctor, so we had to schedule an appointment with his MD to explain why we didn't get the sleep study results and reorder the machine, even though Sleep solutions never sent the results ‍ The sleep study room left a lot to be desired-- It did not feel sanitary or professional. Technician ripped the stickers off of my 5 year olds face and body without any type of lubricant. She was screaming in pain and has a bruise and deep red marks on her face now. She is afraid to go back if she ever needs a sleep study again in the future she's going to be terrified and not want to do it again. Now I have to explain to her teacher and school why she has marks all over her face. 0/10 do not recommend this location. read more

So far it is absolutely horrible. Been waiting a month just to BOOK the appt. They keep saying they will call me back with a time, but they never do. Meanwhile my old CPAP machine is broken and my insurance company will not replace without a sleep study. I'm choking through each night. Reading the other reviews I see that once you do the overnight, it takes another month just for them to send any results to your doctor so then they can put in an order. The provider of the CPAP machines will also take a few weeks to ship it. Could take several months just to replace badly needed medical equipment. Go somewhere else. read more

It is very dismal experience after been given appointment for the Sleep Study. appointment for 9 pm I showed up on time driving 50 minutes from my home to find out from the Tech who initially said that I do have an appointment for the overnight study but later, she said, there is no authorization approval from in my insurance. I spoke to the supervisor. Her name is Kathleen Salter. Unfortunately she was no help. I have shown the Messages from California to Sleep Solution and also voicemail messages. There was another patient who showed up for the appointment at the same time, and he was told that his schedule is not at this location, but in other location and he was very frustrated and disappointed. As a provider, I have heard many complaints from my patients, now I can vouch for their poor experiences. If I have a choice, I would rather go to a different vendor event if it means driving couple of hours. read more

My rating is ZERO. Terrible customer service. They leave automated messages on home voice mail, then don't respond for days-weeks. They blame covid on their delayed response time. Covid is No Excuse for their negligence and incompetence. My referral to them was month's ago. After two "parking lot" home tests failed, they then were willing to do a real overnight test. Then, after weeks of their leaving automated messages and then never responding numerous times, they had the audacity to leave a "final" message re: the referral. I was pleased once again. The staff was very accommodating. Polite and showed exemplary excellence when providing care time as the patient. The Folsom facility was easy to find, and very clean. There is never a wait as each appointment is individually set. On my 1st visit, I was tested for Sleep Apnea, and the results were conclusive to my symptoms. With Sleep Apnea is is very difficult to sleep, and I soon returned for my second appointment for the tritation test measuring the exact pressure of air needed for my forthcoming C-Pap machine. I am very happy. And just know, wearing a mask at night is a small price to pay towards a healthier living. read more

The staff there are very kind and make you feel comfortable in an environment that you are not familiar with. I arrived 15 mins early like instructed and they had me in my room within 3 minutes of being checked in. Shelly was very nice and we chatted while she connected all of the wires. The facility is nice and the rooms are comfortable, makes you feel more like you are in a hotel room than an office building. My only constructive feedback is their lack of follow up on appointments. I had to keep calling when I was told they would call me. Otherwise, 5 stars for sure. read more

Staff is awesome! beds are hard as rocks. I have no idea how I was able to achieve sleep, other than just laying there for three hours until it just happened. The random slamming of doors and thumping of footsteps during your study will tip you from your slumber. I'm just grateful that I finally got some attention, and made it through the ordeal. Initially I wasn't sure about my choice of CSS because I had to leave a message and it took a day for a return call. But after the return call, every step in the process was very well planned out and easy including online forms, several reminders and thorough info to include directions. I chose the Folsom location. Check in the night of was immediate, fast and friendly. My tech was great. The room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean. The entire process went smoothly. I received a bill from California Sleep Solutions on April 11 dated April 7th with a balance of $30.00. Attached to this was a RED notice of being past due 120 days and thus the bill would be forwarded to a collection service. This was the first time I received a bill and I paid it in person showing the letter to the person at the counter telling her and she checked and verified it was the first bill I received apologizing saying she would let someone? know. I was told they open at 8:30 and I could drop off my sleep machine anytime. It's 9:15, the door is still locked, can't get anyone to answer the phone. It seems this business has no regards to peoples work schedule or personal lie. I will be canceling my appt with this doctor. There are 4 other people in the same position as I am waiting outside. It's tough sleeping with all those wires attached to you and being hooked up to a cpap, but it's for your own good if you want to find out what problems are preventing you from getting that quality sleep you deserve. Anyway, the staff are friendly. The tech I had was thorough and professional. We had a nice chat while she was attaching everything to me. The process was pretty easy. The only thing I didn't like was all the gel or paste for all the hookups. It was a little tough to get it all off without a good scrubbing in the shower. read more

Their equipment for at home sleep study was a piece of crap that did not work. The warning lights indicating something was disconnected kept going off and on all night long despite having been all connected correctly, according to the initial green lights, and there being no movement. It's like there was a short in the system. Worst night I've had in decades. Further, there is no technical support whatsoever. The appointment amounted to their receptionist handing me the equipment. This is the appointment they made a big deal about having to not miss or pay $125! The instructions for assembling and wearing the device are poorly detailed sketches only - and of a man which seems especially unhelpful to women as the device is worn on the chest. No instructions as to whether to wear above or below breasts and in the sketch it looks like the device is over the man's breast area. Just so unprofessional! There are no trouble shooting or FAQ sections in the instructions. They emailed me a video a few days before (without telling me that they would so good thing I happened to see that) and that was more helpful but doesn't provide trouble shooting info either. I'm a Ph.D. researcher who collects and analyzes data and I know garbage data collection in means garbage results out. I have zero confidence in this device's efficacy because 1) the flashing lights indicated something was not working all night long and 2) the malfunctioning device with flashing lights caused me to have a fitful night of interrupted sleep that is not typical. So what are we measuring here? There is no live technical support - I had to leave a message in the morning and they will call me back. This is the same business that charges $125 if a client misses an appointment but can't be bothered to provide technical support! They better not bill my insurance company for this failed test. Frankly this company reminds me of Theranos - making money off of unreliable medical testing! read more

This is not a professional place of business! Upon arrival to my first sleep study the process was explained that my sleep would be monitored and if i showed signs of sleep apnea I would be woken and put on a CPAP machine. So they hooked me up to all the sensors one of which is a standard pulse oximiter that just clips to you're finger and off to sleep i went. The problem with the close pin on you're finger is that it came off every time I moved so they would wake me up....probably happened 8-10 times. Doesn't seem like a valid method to measure you're REM sleep, and i was never put on a CPAP. After the study I recieved a bill for 600$ after insurance paid their share and never heard a word back otherwise. A month and a half or so later I inquired with my doctor and was informed CSS never sent the results. I was informed after that I suffer from mild sleep apnia, not bad enough for them to have put me on a machine that night. Then they inform me I need to come in and do another sleep study with the CPAP....another 600$ and I will have to come back for one more to get fitted for my CPAP. At this point I am done with CSS and I didn't show up for my next sleep study, they promptly informed me that I will be charged a late fee. I will gladly pay all the money I owe and just deal with my sleep apnia to never have to deal with this place again. Good Luck People! read more

Their billing department is a nightmare! Three times I have had to pay over the phone requesting I NEVER have to pay again. I just got another bill for $48.13. Billing department has not been friendly and it seems like a battle every time I call...to pay them more money. Something is very sketchy with their billing. Be careful and do not rely on verbal promises. BTW, I used the Folsom Location for my test and the staff was very helpful. My complaint is with the Roseville billing office at 916-623-4586. read more
