I am extremely claustrophobic, which has greatly affected my life to the point where I had had MRI scans many years ago that completely left me scared to death to have any more in the future, even with taking Valium to get through the procedure! I heard about a new MRI machine called a "wide bore" that was several inches wider inside and a bit shorter in length to the traditional MRI machines I've been in the past, and that this particular location had one, I just had to wait a few weeks for an appointment. Well, I made my appointments to get two scans done here on two different days with the new machine, and I have to tell you, they made the experience so easy and comfortable, knowing my situation, that I will never fear getting an MRI again, as long as I have one done in one of these new machines! The entire experience was hands down easier and more thought out than any other MRI in where they do everything in their ability to keep you calm, comfortable and at peace, especially if you suffer from claustrophobia and the "fight or flight" panic being in an enclosed situation. Granted, I took some meds my doctor gave me to aid in the relaxation of my visit, but in the past, that didn't really help, and attribute the new machine and the professionals here who really cared so well for me. I'm so thankful to them and for Dignity Health for this option of MRI for us who can't fathom getting into a regular machine! They even let my husband accompany me on my last scan to make me feel even Comforted! Thank you, Dignity Health!

Asked to arrive at 0645 Arrived five minutes early. Kind of difficult to find. Especially in the dark. The entrance is in the back of the facility. Perhaps could be more lighting. Do not think this a Dignity problem. The admission person was friendly and personable at o dark hours. Was checked in and before I could finish paperwork was called back. Rafael was my technologist . Rafael was very personable. Rafael took great care of me. I am post operative for shoulder surgery. I expressed my concerns. He helped me get positioned in the MRI and feel comfortable. That twenty two minutes passed quickly. Appreciate you.

After looking at their website, along with many others, I ended up booking a consultation for Halo, as I was looking to treat acne scars. The info they had online was promising, including a description to "target your skin concerns on multiple levels to improve skin texture and clarity, improve visible signs of skin aging (fine lines and wrinkles), discoloration, the appearance of pores, acne scars, and even help delay or eliminate the need for surgical procedures". This, and after looking at their before and after image for results, I was sold. During the $100 consultation, I was told that Halo was not appropriate for my scarring as it did not go deep enough and was used to very superficial damage. Of course, it doesn't say that on the website, and they ended up pushing me to do another treatment, microneedling. And when I say they push, I mean the woman whom I was assigned to. She did not give good details, did not provide a treatment plan, not even before and after pictures of really what to expect. She did, however, was very throughout on the pricing. I decided to give it a try based on her recommendation- I mean, it is supposed to be a professional treatment that would improve my condition even if it is not what I originally wanted. I had three sessions, as recommended, and they all were different in terms of preparation. They had these young students who are there just to meet their hour requirements, and they go where they really want to work. So, prep and follow up was very inconsistent. After the last treatment, which was very rushed, there was no work from them about follow up, maybe another treatment plan, or even products to use long term- just nothing. I guess she must have made her buck already. So it has been over three months and, unfortunately, there has been no improvement overall on my skin. It was more sensitive and worse off. It did not look like anything had been done- it looked blotchy and reddish. So, No- don't trust this place when they try to direct you to their treatments. If you are coming through a doctor's referral and covered by insurance, then they may be more willing to get you the best results. Still, I'd be cautious about it.

The office is super clean and very pleasant, the receptionists are very friendly and the process from check in to a room very efficient. Dr. No is friendly and personable, but not chatty. For the most part I have had annual skin checks but the one time I had a procedure I also had a reaction to the medication. I called or came in, they advised me to discontinue the ointment and everything healed. So all my experiences have been very positive. I do make appointments annually so have not had trouble getting the appointments.
