Placed an order more than 5 business days ago and order has not even been fulfilled nor have I even received a tracking number. Placed online orders from other retail companies and at least received a tracking number within 3 business days. Item was meant to be a gift and was hoping to at least have item shipped last week. Made a complaint to customer service asking for an update because not shipped yet and their response admitted that this is outside their normal processing time. I then responded to them asking them for transparency as to what is causing the delay, but they have not yet responded. Other reviews/complaints on Better Business Bureau confirm same disappointment from other customers who made online purchases. Unfortunately, Men's Warehouse doesn't really offer suits for women so I had to buy elsewhere but, the gentleman they have doing the alterations is amazing. He is quick, methodical and very kind.
