To alleviate the horrible and negative words... I called today to confirm that they were coming today, and JASMINE was AMAZING. She called the actual technician and confirmed everything down to the apt #. Their service/product is quite good.. and JASMINE was really REALLY great as far as pushing through to ensure that everything was going to go as planned for today. Jasmine deserves a salary boost. Just for the record, this will be the 6th time Frontier should be coming here. So yes, I was very happy that Jasmine was SO nice.

I was in contact with Joel, Lizard (true story) and Toby... All of whom said they will follow up personally and talked to me about their own grandmothers. I stated.. I bet you wish you can call her... because I can't When you go through the prompts.. the system will say that it looks like you have an appt and it will be a past date. Then it hangs up on you. How this company is still in business is mind blowing. Everyone should cancel and move on. Frontier if you are reading this. You should respond...but I'm sure Toby, Lizard and Joel will be replying with my open ticket any second There should be zero stars as an option

Spoke to a service rep today (Amanda) There's been an…read moreoutrage all day. She say "and?" I then again ask when will service be restored, there is an outrage. Again, "and?" Service is still not restored, and not sure when. It's an hour and a half past when she told me it would be restored. I haven't had anything bad to say about frontier. It can lag a little sometimes. But this rep was downright rude.

I have literally been trying to get service for two weeks! I work from home so it has been a horrible experience. Once they set it up it was spotty and didn't work at all tech came couldn't fix said they would reach out never did had to call them several times and they set up a tech and he couldn't fix it either then I scheduled one last appt and they never showed!!!!!! Pissed is an understatement what an unprofessional company (I even called the night before and a rep confirmed the appt. Bec I couldn't see it on my app) ...spent an hour on the phone with them today to CANCEL! Kept getting sent to other departments and finally the last person i talked to was polite and took care of everything. Will never trust this company again or Verizon (part of Verizon). Please save urself a headache! Oh and I have to pay a $50 restocking fee...fine whatever (never had service but ok whatever) and ALSO $100 cancelation fee for ending the service before a year! I NEVER HAD SERVICE! Make it make sense. Going to fight it (they wouldn't let me while canceling) bec no bill had been produced yet ...so I'll update u on how that goes.

We didn't realize how busy it would be but quickly found out we may not be able to preorder our phones and also grab lunch before we both had to get back to work. After waiting awhile we got called on by Samantha. We asked her how long it would take to preorder phones and also combine our plans. She said 15 minutes. To be honest I was really skeptical bc I feel like most trips I had to ATT and Verizon would take minimum 30 minutes. Once we got going I totally forgot about the timing. She was hustling but didn't make us feel rushed. She was friendly, attentive and knew all the steps of the process. This is the first time I felt truly valued as a customer when visiting a mobile provider. After we finished the final step she said 15 mins and 9 seconds. Coming from Verizon who has horrible service and even worse customer service, this was a total pleasure and all thanks to Samantha. We felt fortunate we got assisted by her bc otherwise we would have likely missed our lunch and we felt truly valued. Sorry it took so long to leave the review. We wish you the best and hope you have a great rest of 2023. Get this woman a raise or bonus - something. Exceptional talent and amazing human being. Thanks again.

I live in a new Lennar build here in Ontario so I was worried how wiring would work when it came to…read moreinstalling ethernet ports that extended from one room on the second floor to the guest bedrooms. I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.

He answered all my questions in a timely manner and offered additional information to consider. Negotiations on cost were straightforward and no pressure or surprises. He makes you aware of options and recommendations, and lets you decide. Cost for his services was better than others, and I felt more comfortable using his company. They know what they're doing and I would have no hesitation using them again for any of my electronic wiring needs.

I live in Chino and have been a customer of TWC in the first 4 years I have been living here. I…read morehave to negotiate my internet rate every year and on the last two years, I experienced less than stellar customer service with TWC. Finally, on the 4th year they refused to negotiate my rate anymore. At the same time, Verizon was offering $50 bundle for TV and internet + HBO for 12 months. So, I switched. Provided that my house was Fios ready, the installation was a breeze. For a year I enjoyed some TV channels like USA, HGTV, etc. but that soon got old with the reruns. Internet connectivity was not as stable as TWC. Granted, I had experienced total disconnect with TWC due to bad weather or some updates that went awry but I expected more from Fios. Specifically, I would experience intermittent disconnection while watching thru Netflix. At times it would completely disconnect while I am in the middle of watching a show. Then, it came a public battle between Netflix and Fios. I had to side with Netflix since I never experienced such disruption while on TWC. I also experience slow connectivity on the web at times - especially on Verizon's web even while I was on the super fast speed at work! This makes getting in touch with them online very difficult. Customer service... well, hmm... that's another matter. When my 12-month deal was up, the bill went up to $84 plus taxes and fees. I made a point of the $34/month jump that is highly significant and unreasonable and while they are polite on the phone, they don't negotiate. They keep saying, "Oh, we don't want to lose you as a loyal customer and will work with you on finding better rates..." were all just empty talk. They spend millions on advertising but in practice does nothing to retain loyal customers. sure, they still offer the $50 double play bundle and $34.99 for internet only for new customers but they don't give it to loyal customers. Not even when I mentioned that TWC is offering the same promotion. They just went silent and repeated how they don't want to lose you as a loyal customer but the best deal they can give me is $69 for internet only and $84 for double play bundle. So I am going back to TWC. But, not without claiming My Rewards+. And, the customer service for that department... is another sad story.

Then just 5 months later to our dismay a company called Frontier was taking over. Since the transition, we couldn't get ahold of ANYONE! We couldn't get ahold of customer service, tech support or even get a real human being on the line to pay our bill!! I loved Verizon because of the OnDemand program - I could come home after a long work week and catch up on all of my favorite shows. But after the transition, everything was deleted and it would be months before they would upload each show or each network. Then three days ago, our cable completely went out! The error read "please check the coax cable connection between the RF In and Fios TV IN of your set top box and router." After doing this, securing all cables and rebooting the cable boxes about 10 times I called their customer service line. I was on the phone with a representative for over an hour trying to troubleshoot my cable when she finally said they would have to send a tech out in 2 days. The tech would arrive between 9AM and 5PM - what kind of time frame is that? There goes my entire day off. So today, we made zero plans and waited for a phone call or knock at the door. The tech never arrived and our cable is still out. I cannot wait to cancel my service with Frontier TOMORROW! This has been by far the worst in cable and internet service and would not recommend them to anyone!!!
